***Edited to add: TAKE 5 - PLEASE PROVIDE A NUMBER TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. The phone number that is provided to "make this right" is the number for the location in which the damage happened, however, it is a sorry attempt to remedy the situation as this is the same number we called several times to initially follow up on our report. No one ever answers this phone. We had to go in person every single time we tried to follow up, which is when/where we had to deal with the rude manager.***After Take 5 took over the Racer Carwash, quality, SAFETY, and customer service are no longer a priority. One of my tires was damaged and went flat after going through the Milwaukee location. While talking to the employees (no manager on duty at the time) I found out this had happened several times before and no one had come to fix the problem yet. I filed a report of damages and asked for compensation for a new tire. After being given the runaround for several weeks and dealing with an EXTREMELY rude manager, we finally got ahold of the regional manager Sarah, and were told by her that we would be receiving a compensation check within six months. That time has come and gone and we still have not received anything. My husband has been trying for two weeks to reach Sarah again and she will not return his calls. Take 5’s customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced and I will no longer be giving them my business, at any of their locations for any of their services.

5 people on the job and none of them does towel dry. Whoever is the manager on the job put your people to work and off the phones. That's why people pay for a membership.
