Worst wash in town as far as I'm concerened. Nobody scrubs the bugs prewash, or anything else for that matter. Some guy just sprays the front a little and 10 seconds later your moving through the wash. Nobody is at the end to help dry off either, and the dryer blowers do a terrible job. By far the worst I've had in Lubbock, and a complete waste of $20.

The car wash washes very well. The vacuum is need a little bit more TLC the four I used I had to unstop all of them full of trash.

I’m not sure why I have a membership here. It might be better for me to catch my neighbors sprinkler along the road than go through this car wash. Today, there were at least 4 different apparatuses that were broken as I went through. The bugs on my windshield remain fully squashed and visible, nearly 0 change.

Great staff and terrific customer service. This place also had free accessible window cleaner, interior cleaner, clean towels, and strong sectional vacuums.

So great!!!
I had so much writing on my car and they took the extra time to get it all off. Also the guy that towel dried it was super nice and wiped all the water off. So happy with my experience!!
