We just sold our home with Progressive Properties and our realtor Austin was fantastic!! Between the tough housing market and at times tough potential buyers he was able to negotiate a deal that we couldn’t be more happy with. Austin was straight forward and went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth and no questions went unanswered. When the time comes to buy or sell a house in the future we will definitely come back to him.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous on what to expect and how everything would go, but progressive property and more specifically Jolene Marie did the most amazing job in making this process as stress free as possible! Jolene made the whole process so seamless, she always kept us in the loop on everything, showed/reshowed us multiple houses, she treated us as family and made sure we got everything we asked for in a house! Jolene was always there to answer questions for us, was always looking to get us the best deals, and during the closing process she was very thorough in making sure that everything in our new home was working and built correctly! I could not recommend her or progressive properties as a whole enough! Would 100% use this company for any home buying needs!!

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Progressive Properties. Despite having bought multiple properties from them, I encountered a major issue with their service. In one particular case, the real estate agent assured me that a loan I was taking out was a non-recourse loan, explicitly stating there would be no recourse. Unfortunately, it turned out there was recourse on the loan, and when I confronted the agents about this misinformation, they refused to take responsibility. The broker, who allegedly informed the agent that it was a non-recourse loan, also failed to address the issue. This lack of accountability is unacceptable and has severely impacted my trust in this agency. I would advise potential clients to be extremely cautious when dealing with Progressive Properties.

Josh was the best choice. I didn’t have to worry about anything, he took care of it all, whilst trying to get us the best offer/deals with the seller. Very communicative and was always willing to answer phone calls with questions I had, and he even gave recommendations on insurance, plumbers, electricians etc. 10/10. Thank you Josh!!

Caden Zarikta with Progressive Properties has been crushing it for me. I’m an investor, so I wear this guy out with questions, opinions, and listing my deals. He has gone above and beyond, never missed a beat. I don’t even know what his voicemail sounds like, because he picks up every call. He’s been on the money with market analysis's, and has gotten deals of mine to bring more than I thought they were worth. Give this dude a call if you’re looking to buy or sell.
