Went to take some parts back for a refund and was denied refund. Assistant manager on duty didn't even look into my issue. Assistant manager was really scattered when helping. Would help me then leave then someone else would help then she would come back then leave again to help someone else. Multi-tasking wasn't their strong suit. Assistant manager didn't even look into my issue, just told me they couldn't help. Not customer friendly at all. Needless to say I will never come back to this location again! I took my parts to another O'Reilly location who ended up helping me out no problems at all.

01/13/2023 I had to replace a fuel pump in the parking lot. Anthony went above and beyond the call of retail duty. He got under the truck and help with the connections, lowering, and raising the tank. The rest of the crew was also helpful with tools, motivation, and laughs. Once again the crew at 56th and Slide have done a great job.
