The price is good, but the service be kinda half as. Now when birds take a dump on your right side of someone's car you best believe no one is going to spray whatever it is that they spray on the windshield on the right side of the car. I drive through there about two to three times before it's off. No one ever noticed. Some cars come through and get special attention than others cars. Now I'm X Generation. I worked at Mr. Car Wash in my teens in Houston, back when the workers did everything. Now days it's just totally sadness and laziness. You want to give a promotion package with wax, get everything off the car with soap and water first. Period!

Absolutely love the smiles and waves I receive every single time I get my car wash. They use quality products and my car looks amazing every single time, I’m also very impressed with their vacuums. They always work.

Only washes one side of the vehicle, totally misses undercarriage and fender wells. Also pay for the titanium wash and still doesn’t get everything.

The customer service at this car wash was BEYOND!!! Anything I could’ve imagined.. My tire was punctured while exiting the wash.. I called and spoke to Matt Vining , who was excellent! I explained the situation with urgency. Not only did I get a new tire! He personally came and put it on himself!! He also guaranteed me the part was fixed not to worry!! I will be back Matt!!! TY
