They were courteous, kind, and friendly. I had lost the wash passes for the business where I work. Since the main office is just down the street from where I live, I stopped by and explained my situation. The lady who was helping me laughed and said that it happens all the time. She promptly cancelled the lost passes and issued new ones. On a personal level, it is the only place where I will take my personal vehicle. The employees always do a wonderful job cleaning my car.

I been trying to give Mighty Wash in lovington a review! But it’s not letting me.. So I want to let y’all know that I come in everyday to that wash and the team and manager’s are so amazing. The way they smile and wave and make sure they get all the bugs is so awesome!! I always get what I pay for!

Something is always down and it never reads my plates so I’m stuck at the kiosk with everybody behind me. You call for help and no one comes so you have to leave your car there and go flag a worker down. There vacuums are always broken , every location practically. Would not recommend

Got a wash . My truck came out worse. The rinse cycle didn’t work. I did a rehash and the same results. I asked the employee, he said they were aware. What made me mad is that management were aware. As soon as my year contract expires I’m changing company.

The absolute worst car wash I have ever had. The drivers side brushes were not even working. They don’t care about the final appearance of your vehicle only about that all mighty $27 that has already been paid beforehand. I will not be going back!!!

Drove across town to get my interior done and they closed a hour early. Manager told me they closed due to lack of business. It’s hard to do the work when you close early and guys standing around on the phone. Not to mention I pay 100.00 a month for there services.

I use to work at the mighty wash I quit because management is poor i had notice that every one that came in after me was getting breaks so I ask the manager when do I get a break he stated you don't because your brother did not showed up for work worst place to work at

Their wash and other things used to be great. It has continued to get worse. I just went through car wash and my 2023 Traverse was not muddy or heavy soiled. Just road rain wash. Still many many bugs on front, back hatch actually looked worse than when I went in. I’m not even sure if im getting the wash I paid for. Drying was a joke and the 1 attendant at the end barely touched much of the car, used no air to blow out mirrors and such. He just wipped a little and sent me on my way. At the vacuums area, the air hoses at my spot and others had to be worked and worked to in tangle and didn’t have the rubber ends to protect my car. Sure seems like those workers in the office and joking around and roaming outside could ck on these air hoses now and then. I have also run across loose hose ends several times and at times not hardly working. Seems like a something that also should be chef now and then but evidently not. Also seems like air pressure has been turned way down. When I changed over a couple years ago from Classic, now “5”, when things and service got really bad, like a lot of other places, I changed to Mighty Wash for all the reasons the others didn’t have. I questioning my decision. Always seems like just a bunch of High School kids “Running” this business with no supervision. My usual wash is at 114th & Quaker although I have used others . I have 2 vehicles on my account as well as other family and a whole lot of friends. They have noticed many of there issues.

Took our brand new car in to get washed. The trim was torn off by the machine. The company claims that their equipment couldn't have done it and that it was a defect in our BRAND NEW car. Won't ever be going back and will tell everyone we know and on every platform possible not to go to Might Wash.

Absolute worst customer service for the fourth month in a row. I have been charged to separate wash packages each month ago in to have them fix it, and I am assured this time it is fixed, but once again two wash packages were billed me can’t believe they run business like this

I’ve been a Mighty Wash member for a few years and it’s simply gotten worse by the day. I use the location on Milwaukee and this morning they only had 1 gentleman working and the line was to the street. When I called the location to see if I could get the young man some help, he disappeared so that he could also answer the phone! Where is management?? After reading all these negative reviews it may be time for new ownership and definitely new leadership. I will be canceling all 4 of my vehicles from the program and take my business to another company that values their employees!Service: Auto detailing
