Unfortunately my brand new 2023 F-150 with just 3,000 miles was recently rear-ended. It pushed in the bumper and back driver-side fender well needed replacing. I went by a few body shops for estimates and was rushed through. They seemed to not care if i did business there or not. I stopped by Collision Center of Lubbock and one of the adjusters there did a very accurate detailed description of the work they would perform. She printed out the estimate and walked me through the whole process. At that point i was so impressed that i told her to order the parts and move ahead with the repair. My truck was there about three weeks. It took a lot of work to take off the box and do it back to factory specifications. The GM (Daniel) and owner (Lowell) both made sure that the truck was to my 100% satisfaction. When i picked it up it looked better than off the showroom floor. These are fine people that did me right.

A year ago, I was car #3 in a 5-car accident. It wasn't my fault but the entire process had me buying a car a lot quicker than I'd have liked. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and my passenger side door wouldn't open without scraping the front fender and sometimes it wouldn't open at all. I had no idea how or where to even begin to get this fixed. I was recommended this business and showed up to get an estimate. Google said they closes at 5:30 but the door said 5. I was there at 4:50. Expecting to be asked to return at a different date they gladly let me show them the problem and they proceeded to fix it, rather quickly. Above and beyond kindness and customer service is what I received at the end of a long work day and if that is the indicator of some quality folks and a quality business. I hope I don't need them but if I do I know where to go because they have more than earned my trust and any future business I may have.

Great prices, great job, and great people ! I had a spray in bed liner done and they did a great job ! I will absolutely be back for more work for these guys !

I went to two other body shops before I went to Collision Center, and the other body shops acted like they couldn't be bothered to every talk to me. When I finally went to the Collision Center the general manager, Daniel Wild, was very friendly and helpful. It's hard to get good customer now days but everyone at Collision Center from the owner down was great. It took some time to get parts with the supply chain the way it is, but they kept me informed through the entire process. They fixed the damage on my car which I expected, it looked brand new. What I did not expect is how they went over and above just fixing my car. They finished my car around 5:00 on a Friday when they closed for the weekend. They called me at 5:15 and said that they would stay after hours so I could pick up my car and not have to wait until Monday. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I was a little embarrassed because my car was a little messy when I brought it in. They even buffed out some black marks on my car at no charge. I would skip everyone else to go the Collision Center

I’ve shopped at numerous accessory shops in Lubbock over the years. This is the absolute best place. Great people, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Will definitely use them from now on. This is truly a one stop shop!

John was beyond helpful! I drove from Houston to visit family in Lubbock and gave him a call while on the way. He arranged a new windshield, bed liner, and bed cover for an AMAZING price! He had the products delivered next day and had my truck in the shop for install the day after that. Awesome customer service and all around the best experience I've ever had anywhere concerning a vehicle.

They were all around amazing!! I had a bed liner installed in my truck and it looked great! They went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the work!!
