I found a jewel of an auto repair shop. Integrity Auto Services Lubbock is the place. Repairs at dealerships can be costly if your vehicle isn’t under warranty. Auto Technician Glen is really smart, friendly and honest. Very fair pricing and excellent repairs performed. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer for sure.

Got our vehicle worked on in November. Didn’t write a review at the time just wanting to make sure the repair fixed my issue; which they did great! What I didn’t appreciate was being charged their 15%-20% card fees to pay with a debit card! I dont carry that kind of cash on me to have paid the service on hand nor checks. If they need to cover fees they should be discounting the service charges to cover it, not tell me after the work is complete I will owe another fee to use by card.

This is a great business. The mechanic shop has people working in it that I’ve known for years and I trust. They did not let my vehicle out of their shop before they knew it was correct. I would recommend them for any job anytime. It’s also a great advantage to have this shop along with the body shop so you don’t have to be moving your vehicle from one business to another to get repairs done

I recently used Integrity Auto Services for the first time and am highly impressed. The technician, Glen, is extremely knowledgeable. I brought my vehicle in with several known issues and Glen not only diagnosed the specifics related to those, he also found some other underlying issues that were contributing to the poor performance of my vehicle by causing things like air flow and fuel mixture problems that were resulting in poorer mileage.One of those underlying problems was a part that, unbeknownst to me, had apparently been damaged during a previous repair (at a different shop) and had been taped together and “rigged” in place. Glen explained how this allowed not only the air flow problem to occur - but also contributed to another problem by allowing dirt and debris to affect other functions.Yes, the repairs were expensive - as are nearly all automotive repairs these days. But, I felt the pricing definitely was fair - and lower than it would’ve been at many other shops - given the number of parts needed and the labor involved.(Some of the things I elected to go ahead and have done were things that were not immediately critical - but were recommended as preventative measures that would be easier (less expensive) to fix during the existing repair process versus having to come back later and tear things apart all over again. And, these recommendations were clearly explained and my resulting questions answered without any pressure that I had to proceed with the non-critical repairs.)I also felt that overall the entire staff went above and beyond what I expected in order to get my vehicle back to me quicker than estimated so that I could stop paying for the rental that I was using. Their communication throughout the process was also top-notch.Bottom line: Integrity Auto Services will definitely be where I go for any future auto repair needs. I highly recommend that you do the same.

Websters defines integrity as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness:"he is known to be a man of integrity" Integrity Auto Services is appropriately named. We took our 2015 f150 in for diagnosis. The diagnosis was through and the quote contained all the options for making an informed decision to repair our vehicle. I highly recommended this fine establishment.

From the office personnel, to the technician, to the owner, everyone here has been incredibly nice and helpful. The problem with my vehicle was explained. How they diagnosed the issue was explained. The the breakdown on parts and labor was clearly described.These guys do top quality work. They will definitely be my go to company for auto repairs.
