I needed a collection of round files to finish up a project. I was shocked to hear the price was so low and insisted on no change back. “I ask 3 employees to help me find a tool I needed. They all told me where to go and I still couldn't find it. I saw this lady I believe her name was Tiara who works in the appliance area. This employee has helped me the last 3 days because I have large products to complete right now. She has even come and ask me if I needed help. So today I saw her and I walked to her. I knew it was not her area but again she was so helpful. She looked up the item and it says there were 15 items. The reason why I couldn't find it was because it was out of stock where they were suppose to be displayed. She found the box up high in the shelf and went and got a ladder to help me get the tool I needed. Then she restock where the tools were supposed to be. Even in this time where there are not enough employees in many business I was grateful that she works there. Because I was about to leave and go to another store to get what I needed. Thanks”
