“I was shopping for some Birthday gifts and dreaded having to go to several stores. I started at Ross Dress for Less and was able to find every thing I wanted at this store, and at a very affordable price.”
“Long time since I have been here. Place had a professional greeting. She was very nice as she pointed me to an item, I the correct location. Place was very clean and organized. Air smelled fresh. Ample parking. Doors opened automatically.”
“The lady is very passionate about her job. You're treated with the utmost respect when you enter and before you leave if she's on duty. The store is 80% nicer than it was.”
“I came in with a return, 3 actually, and they were clearance items, I wasn't aware with their policy of all sales being final on clearance items, I should of asked when u purchased in the first place, there was no signage, so it didn't cross my mind to double check, I want to recognize the young lady who helped me,and the manager Orlando, made this return for me even due to my negligence, so I truly thank him for doing yhus for me, and now I kniw for next time.”
“Shopped around for awhile. I usually shop at a different location but I went because they had rep's for an electric company there I wanted to visit with. But I enjoyed shopping around and I believe I like this store better than the one I usually go to. It is very clean and set up a little differently so it was a good change in pace for me. I had the opportunity to observe her for a while and saw that no matter how tired she was, working constantly, she was polite and helpful. “Had to go there today, and went into the garden department, The sweetest lady was there, and helped me , by explaining tome why my plants were dying and what would grow best here. She went out of her way, to explain things to me, She was so nice, TEN STARS OUT TO HER CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
