I don’t really write reviews often, but Henry and his towing services are undoubtedly the best in this area. I had a blown out tire 20 minutes outside of Lubbock and not even Texas roadside assistance would help me. He took no time at all to get there and get my vehicle to where it could get fixed up. He was very friendly throughout the ride and I felt like I was talking with an old friend. Thanks for the help again Henry; you deserved this review!

Henry was extremely kind and very responsive to messages. When taking my car where it needed to go he showed me a video to make sure that my car was safe and sound where I requested it to be sent and dropping off car keys in the dropbox. I will definitely start using him from here on out. And he is extremely affordable cheaper than the other guys!

I was enjoying my day on Lake Alan Henry and my 16yr old called me frantic saying her car just exploded and she was stuck on the loop on the inside shoulder. Come to find out that her car didn’t explode but her tire did. Oh know, her car is too small for a spare!! I called a couple towing companies and got they were no help but Cheap Tow answered and said they were on their way. They picked up the car in less than 25 minutes and delivered it to the tire repair shop without confirming payment first. No doubt customer service is their number one objective!!Service: Car towing

Henry's towing service went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations in every way. When my son's car broke down an hour outside Lubbock, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price, especially compared to other options.Henry, the owner, was a standout communicator, keeping us informed with text updates and photos. Late on a Friday the gentleman answered my call promptly and politely an advised me that there may be another company that can do it cheaper and gave me some suggestions. Buy a stroke of luck another company had a record very close to me we could do it less expensively. This kind of honesty and selflessness and caring for your fellow man and not just out for yourself is hard to find in this world. TIMELY!!!!! and communicated every step of the way pictures and proof included!! pictures of my vehicle before pickup,receiving the key,dropping off vehicle,dripping off key,and picture of person who received my vehicle at the dealership and his card so now if theres an issue i have what i need!!! definitely recommend!!!!! 10/10 bro
