My elderly mother brought her honda accord to get an inspection and oil change. They put 5w30 weight oil in a engine that specifically requires 0w 20 full synthetic oil. I called them and they said that the customer has to ask for the correct oil. Very disappointing that they didn't look at Vin number and researched the correct type of oil. FYI modern 4cylinder cars can't run on 5w 30. The engine is running rough and the owner said that he wouldn't fix the problem. Do not go there they take advantage of elderly people very disgusting that they ruined my mother's car!!!!!
