I had called yesterday to see about getting a battery replaced in my car. The man, I talk to was first of all extremely rude, very unhelpful, seemed like he didn’t want to give me the time of day. And he obviously didn’t want the work he made that very clear. I don’t recommend them. I think he was very horrible. The most important thing is Customer service and he didn’t have any of it . He was a very rude little man. I don’t recommend them. I wouldn’t go there if my life depended on it!!!!

Really, 1 star is more than this employee deserved. On a whim, my mother and I stopped in to get a new battery for each of our watches. Despite the poor attitude of said employee upon our entrance, I continued to try and be friendly. I realize everyone has bad days from time to time but this guy wasn't budging. He wasn't able to fix my watch which was fine but when I turned around to walk away the customer behind me even asked "if the customer service is always so great here?" So even other people in the lobby at the time could see the treatment being given.
This is my 2nd review of a Battery Joe's in Lubbock and both have been negative. Get better staff, train them better, pay them better, I don't know but do better!!

I needed 3 RV battery’s and they were setting around and charged me $75 to install and they were in an outside storage compartment. Not impressed with they have have signs everywhere that says free install.

Dwane was awesome!! I needed a car battery replacement for the first time and he helped me out!! He talked to me about the importance of changing, cleaning, and maintaining my car battery. Such a great guy, i will definitely come to Dwane for any future battery needs! Thank you so much Dwane!! ◡̈

Extremely cheap and low quality phone screens they are not sourced from apple and you will learn very quickly just how cheap their phone screens are. I would never recommend this place to anyone just setting my phone down made the screen pop up in the corner and the screen went completely white, and this has happened on multiple occasions I've given this place about four chances but over and over again they have failed. Don't go here and pay almost $200 for a cheap and brittle screen, spend your money literally any were else to get your screen fixed because it will be better than Battery Joes. I will say customer service was always good. I recommend uBreakiFix or Phone Medic of Lubbock for any screen repairs these places prices can vary but are typically a little higher but you are paying for quality and that is something Battery Joes lacks.
