Never had a problem until two days ago! I needed a box but realized I forgot my wallet after setting it up for shipping and was kinda treated like if I was going to steal it! Story short! I go back to pay for the box and it was gone!!! Bad service..

Someone stole our rent money from our mail from that post office and they will be prosecuted once western union gives us the information on who cashed our money orders and opened our mail. So be ready guys

If it says "Photos Do Not Bend" then do not bend.....put a slip in my mailbox, I'll gladly drive to the post office to pick them up....geesh....???

Postal service worker was more concerned about his cupcake and breakfast. ? To even accept 40 packages, he claimed that the packaging was all wrong. I have been packaging for over 10 years without any issues in Brownsville, just wanted to try a new Post Office since it's on my way to my child school, I thought it would be convenient. (He's probably has special government employee that has x-ray visions and can see through my bags. ?) He judged all the contents from the three boxes on top. ?♀️ Recommended me to go to Brownsville because they like to work over there.(Of course he filled my tank with gas and paid me for my time loss while juggling his breakfast and cupcake in front of his wife.????♀️) I hope his cupcake and breakfast was delicious that morning. You should feel proud. Good day Sloth

They need to fire the mailman like today!!!! We’ve been getting mail and packages from another address and we haven’t received our packages either!!!! Like 10 times in the last two month!!! I’m gonna go demand where all my packages are!!

Went yesterday to renew my passport and the guy there told me he can't help me and i need to go to Olmitos. I"m new to the town. and i went all the way to Olmitos if they can't help you than why are they are working there! you need to take the sign down if you are not able to help your customers .Remenber customers are giving you the paycheck. this happened at Los Fresnos.

It has been 2 months and my mail has been sent back by mailman in charge of my route..He has no right or permission from us to return mail...The billing statements , and who knows how many other important letters..Also certified mail which we never got a paper of notification was returned..
