MALLORY AND KELLY ARE EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL AND MOVED MOUNTAINS FOR ME AND THEY ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! Horrible Move In Process due to TAYLOR! It's preferred teacher preference but taylor gave me a very hard time and it was a very hard process. Horrible Communication due to me having to always reach out for next steps and do all the leg work on Taylor’s end. Property Is nice, Maintenance is very nice and so is Mallory and Kelly but after you get approve be sure you speak to Mallory or Kelly to make sure everything is done professionally and correctly. I just inquired about an apartment got approved and was told and quoted a move in date but never got to view the apartment because I was given the run around and last minute I was told the apartment wasn’t ready by Taylor. After expressing my frustration and disappointment all Taylor could do was shrug her shoulders and smirk. Taylor mouthed, smiled and played in my face after explaining that I had lost over $300 of move in cost (U-Haul’s and Movers). Hopefully the stay is better than the move in experience now that I’ve requested to only communicate with Mallory and Kelly due to trust. Overall the people I would suggest you speak with is definitely Mallory and Kelly!

We moved into the qs of town oaks 2 years ago and we never believed we would be leaving like this. Are privacy and are tenants rights have been violated. At first the bugs and the outdated appliances weren't that bad, although it's a little annoying we pay for an exterminator every month and have only seen them twice, the bugs have been a constant issue. The dishwasher would flood thw kitchen and the maintenance how no clue how how fix it to we stored using it all together. But the problems didn't really start until we moved into a bigger apartment after having are second child. All the old probpems except now are ac eventually went out, we lived in 85° with no ac and two babies for 3 months whal they made excuses and blamed us for why it was taking to long to fix, in the meantime they put a ac unit in are window that barely cooled the kitchen alongside a piece of cardboard that was the only thing separating the outside from my kids, the broken ac was drawing allot of energy and we ended up with a 2k electric bill in those 3 months which we have still not been reimbursed for... but what broke the camels back for me was when we had to bring are daughter to the hospital, and we found maintenance in are house without us aware whal we where gone, told my wife that he didn't care how we felt about it, we put in a work notice 4 days prior for a hole in are ceiling leaking water. We are a night shift family IF WE WERE HOME WE WOULD OF WOKE UP TO STRANGERS WHO JUST LET THEMSELFS IN WITHOUT US KNOWING IN ARE KIDS ROOM. and to top it off they sent us a 3k bill today for God knows what.

Great and affordable apartment complex! I live here with my toddler and have always felt safe where we are. Mallory and Taylor in the office are super helpful and sweet. Maintenance comes same day the work orders are placed. Definitely recommend!

My apartment is SO nice. The staff was great and has been SO nice and helpful the entire time. They have made leasing my apartment so simple. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything! The apartment I toured was extremely clean. There was not 1 roach. Not one bug. These apartments are so nice. The complex is really quiet and peaceful. It’s very pretty, neat and kept. Their prices are so reasonable. I would go In person to see what all the have available as opposed to looking online. The laundry services are very clean. I move in this weekend I am SO excited I can’t wait. The office is decorated so nicely and someone really has a sense of style and knows how to decorate. Whoever designed the apartment and designed the layout did a FABULOUS JOB. They know how to incorporate functionality in a small space. They know how to do it. I want to thank the whole staff who has spent a lot of time explaining things, staying on the phone with me for a while, and making this whole process easy. Thank you Mallory!

I have had excellent experiences at The Q's. Not only is my apartment an excellent unit, the staff here are both friendly and helpful, and the community has been kind. Though I enjoy doing odd jobs, I have had to call maintenance a few times. However, the maintenance staff have been chill and knowledgeable. The grounds are well kept, and the apartments are in a convenient area. The leasing office staff have been helpful, considerate, and professional in our business which are traits that can be hard to find in other apartments in the Longview area.
I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for an apartment in Longview!

The Q’s at Towne Oaks has been a great place to live! It’s super affordable, the apartments are very homey which is hard to come by these days, maintenance staff is friendly and efficient, and the office staff is great. I love the quiet little neighborhood feel of the Q’s. If you’re looking for an affordable, pet and kid friendly apartment complex close to shopping and parks, The Q’s at Towne Oaks is the place to be!

Nice as pie, until you move in. Then the whole attitude changes. Yeah, charge us for an Amazon HUB, they then make money on top of the charge. 24/7 maintenance, canceled. Pest control? I don't think so. Lease here at your own risk. Much better communities in the area for the same if not cheaper.

If you’re looking for an amazing property staff, definitely rent from The Q’s. I recently moved into this apartment, and my experience with the Q’s was wonderful. I’d like to mention Taylor, she was very helpful in answering my questions, and quick to respond when I needed help with the application process. Highly recommend!
