Absolutely disgusting to treat people like this when they don’t deserve it. No amount of money you have is cause for thinking that you are better than others.

If you plan to stay in these apartments or are currently in these apartments just make sure you know who goes in and out of your apartment. Whoever has access to your keys obviously will go in and steal. In the process of moving and not being there a few days someone has gone in whether maintenance or whoever has access to keys and have stole a purse with money that belonged to my teenager. And the front office didn’t find anything wrong with that and obviously condone stealing. Makes you not feel safe and comfortable on who can enter your place. It was also more of how I was treated after. I didn’t want anything back or compensation or anything but to just let the situation be known. The manager felt I was lying and become rude and unprofessional. She called me a liar and went on to tell me how the previous manager didn’t like me either (clearly she didn’t like me) as if we were in high school. (Previous manager didn’t like me so much she gave me her personal number to call her) She continued to say rude things and being loud with it. At that point I knew it wasn’t getting upset over. You may not like everyone or agree with things but being in customer service it’s all about how you carry yourself through a situation. I had never experienced anything like that ever until that day. And I never leave reviews but I felt like this one was a little overwhelming not to.

I lived in The Reserve for 6 months and the management was the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Every single month there was an issue with my bill. I was charged late fees multiple times and had to call and have them removed. When I moved out, they charged me hundreds of dollars in damage fees. I took my own personal pictures of the apartment and it didn’t align with the damages they claimed. I would not recommend this apartment complex simply because of the people on site who run it.

We lived at the Reserve for several years before finding a permanent home in the area, and we enjoyed our time at the Reserve. It was always very clean, the pickup on trash was excellent, and there was plenty of space for our dog to walk and get exercise. The parking could get a bit hairy sometimes, but it was never too terrible. The pool and club house was a definite plus and we had many great memories on property.

We've lived here for a few years now and I have to say that it is the best apartment I've ever lived in. 11 foot high ceilings, real granite countertops, doors that close properly with good seal and strong locks, a mix of carpet and good quality faux hardwood vinyl flooring, plenty of windows. The bathroom is huge! And everything is very well maintained. Two pools, barbecue areas, and they have very good community parties. And it's actually a reasonable price! My boyfriend and I have a one bedroom apartment, I think it's about 750 sqft? Plus pet rent it's 1100 ish. Electric is like 60. This place is my favorite place to live. We were genuinely surprised when we found this place. We love it here!

I have lived here for over a year now and love it! Marie and Brady in the office are the sweetest, and the maintenance guys are quick to fix things! I feel so safe and at home at the Reserve. Highly recommend!!

I moved in a few months ago and have really loved it!! Throughout my stressful move and working while getting settled in, management and maintenance were and continue to be exceptional to us. The property's location and its grounds/amenities are great. Our unit has a great floor plan and natural light, and we've only had positive experiences with other residents.

I’ve been staying here for about 3 months now and I really enjoy the quick customer service Courtney and Marie have been so helpful with the moving in process and getting any maintenance request completed in a timely manner. They honestly try to help in any way possible and even got me in my apartment in less than 48 hours. When it comes to a place that you can really make your own and feel at home for the best price in Longview, the Reserve is the place to be!

I have lived here for 2 years, and I love everything about it. The management is responsive and prompt on resolving issues. Any maintenance problems I have had, have been fixed, the very next day. Kevin is awesome!! It's so nice, here....I feel like I am living at a resort.
