Took Fletcher , my 8 week old puppy, in right after I called them. The staff there is amazing. Dr. McClimon is super personable and explains everything so well.
My puppy is doing great and I’ll be seeing them again soon to continue all Fletcher’s vaccines.

This place is amazing, everyone is so nice and always concerned about my fur baby. They really take the time to check my little man out and make sure he is healthy and happy. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I have been coming here off and on for the last 11 years with my pets and I will say they have been great to us both in taking care of our animals and also the care they take when an animal passes away....... BUT........
Their new building renovation is horrible..... I don't know whose idea it was to get rid of the giant lobby but I guarantee you it will lose you customers overtime..... I have considered leaving myself over it and I know I am not alone I have spoke to others that feel the same way.
There is a lot of dogs that are anxious around other pets or even aggressive around other pets and the large lobby mitigated that issue... but now we are all kind of crammed in this small space and the last few times I've been, every single time it has been an issue where if it wasn't my dog's causing the problem, it was another owner's dogs... either way, not really the owners faults....
trying to pay while holding your dogs and also worrying about other people's dogs at the same time is a lot going on and it just creates chaos....
They would be better off taking a sledgehammer to that wall and opening it back up I hope they do it but they probably won't ? oh well
In the past I have specifically seeked out vet offices that have large lobbies and I know others do the same. One of the reasons I switched back to Taylor vet was because of this very issue over at West loop animal hospital....
Like I said the service is great I have no issue with the people there and they have always taken care of my dogs but if this continues to be an issue we might be going elsewhere

I called with an emergency. My dog was injured in a dog fight. His spine was injured and he was partially paralyzed. He was in a lot of pain. The doctor saw us immediately despite not being a patient and being extremely busy with many patients. The doctor and staff were so knowledgeable. The doctor knew so much about the spine and what was happening. I would not expect this in someone who wasn't a specialist. He provided fantastic care and pain management. He was reasonably priced and will be my veterinarian from now on.
