I purchased on a payment plan my new hearing aides from Sam's club about 2 years ago with Paul but I've not been happy with them since I got them. First I am so very disappointed in letting Paul talk my husband into not getting the rechargeable hearing aides for me, instead I was told the batteries would last for up to 2 wks. This is a total lie, I'm lucky if the batteries last for 3 whole days. I've since started dealing with another audiologist, Rachael in Sam's, she has been most helpful in getting my hearing aides to working better n gave me filters that I can change out myself whenever I nd n a cleaning tool... Getting in to see anyone can be a bit of a pain n when I do there's usually a bit of a wait. I regret not using another well known audiologist like Livingston hearing or miracle ear. I thought I was going to save money n get top of the line hearing aides with excellent followup Customer service. Now for the 2nd time I've got one hearing aide that's not working at all. Hoping it can get fixed right in the store n not nd to be sent off again as it was the last time that left me without any hearing aide for over 2 wks.

This location needs someone out at the gas pumps to instruct drivers that can't understand just WHAT the arrows on the ground mean !!!!!

Was told the tire not repairable. The next tire center down the street did repair it. Self inspected tire confirmed good treads top, outside and inner. I don't recommend this location for flat tire repair.

If you're just shopping in and don't need assistance, thisis a great place! Just don't expect to get help in all the departments. It won't happen.

This review is for the bakery. I ordered a full sheet cake in advance for a work event. I asked for a design straight out of the Sam's Cake Book. The order was nothing abnormal or difficult. Plain white cake, buttercream icing, and the same design in the book. I had someone picking it up who knew what the cake SHOULD look like because I shared a picture of the design. The cake was ordered 3 days before pick up so there was plenty of time to make sure the cake looked nice. When the cake was picked up, it looked like it was decorated 30 minutes beforehand. It was missing details and had a huge split down the middle of the cake where they joined two half sheet cakes. It did not have the flowers on it that were in the book. It looked tacky. When my coworker pointed this out, there was no apology or any attempt to make it right. No discount of any sort was offered despite the complaints of how the cake looked. The cake tasted okay but the icing was gritty. Very disappointed at the lack of care and attention given and will not do business at this bakery again for any special event. I will not recommend to anyone.

This place is so dirty and disgusting. Corp needs to get in there and get some cleaning done. If and when a Costco comes in to Tyler, I will be out of Sams.

I have been coming to Sam's Hearing Center for the last 3 years.I was never happy with the aids & came back several times to have issues resolved - the problems persisted.Yesterday I decided to drop in to see if I could have my aids cleaned and ck'd out. To my surprise, there was a new specialist there named Rachel... She was amazing and showed me things on my hearing aids I was never told before. She also did some adjustments and got me hearing the best I have ever heard out of them!!!! She gave me new cleaning tools and re-checked my hearing for free. I was ready to give up on Sams Hearing - now I am very glad I didn't. If you have aids through them & are not happy, go back and see Rachel - see will work magic !!!

This truly is the worst run Sams Club in Texas. The managers, especially the tire manager, are extremely rude. This store is disorganized, and poorly stocked

Bought a birthday cake there labeled as white cake with white icing. It was in fact chocolate. Talked to bakery manager but she didn't offer replacement or refund. I will never buy anything from bakery again. Way to ruin a party.

Paul has been mostly fair, but his management has not. My 93-yr old father purchased an expensive set of aids 3 years ago on a payment plan, and unfortunately they were lost. Even though he paid for the expensive loss/damage waiver, Sam's gave no credit for the loss. Dad tried to purchase new ones this month, and the same finance group said they would not allow it. This is a black-eye not only for Sam's but for Walmart as well.
