I'll never be back. All I wanted was to buy my products and leave, which is why I DON'T go to the mega stores. The cashier was refusing to complete my transaction until I filled out some rewards program paperwork. I should have just left in the middle of the transaction.

Daughter wanted her ATV bumpers painted hot pink. Grabbed two cans from Groom and Son's one ended up being orange (cap was pink and said pink but sprayed orange) They swapped it out and made it right for me even though the mistake wasn't on them. Good people highly recommend.

Have been in twice recently and have had horrible service, specifically from a man named Fred. First time he was not helpful in finding a hose adapter and told me I needed to go somewhere else and the second time he gave me a hard time about recutting a key that he had cut and didn’t work. Not sure if he has a problem with women, but it is the worst service I’ve had in a long time. Won’t be back!

I love going here and they have a great variety of fasteners and tools. Staff is awesome and always welcoming. I recommend this place for sure.
