“I’ve come here for a long time and it’s always been a positive experience. Very rarely do they not have what I’m looking for. I recently went in looking for very specific screws, springs and nuts for my firearm accessories and I was instantly greeted by a new employee (to me). ADEANA. She is extremely overqualified, she was very pleasant, professional, and literally took it upon herself to figure out the problem and spent almost 45 minutes looking for the parts I needed, and even used her own tools to ensure that the products she was selling me would work. I was please dad what I saw and was glad to find another alternative to both Home Depot and Lowe's if needed for home repair parts.The staff were very friendly and helpful and I found that the prices were right along in line with both the other two mentioned places above. The staff helped me to locate a few different items that I was looking for and wanting to compare prices with.Mccoy's was a very clean and well organized store and they seem to have a pretty good supply of a lot of different items. There Variety did not seem to be quite as large as home depot and Lowe's but again they are not as large of a store.Will be a place that I plan on checking out again later when looking for home supply items.Item picture is the pricing of various 40-gallon water heaters”

“Every time i have needed specialty bolts or screws, these guys have it. This was the only place i found that had bolts that fit the factory threaded frame holes of my older toyota truck as well. There is a 5 dollar minimum if you pay with credit/debit card, but the customer service is worth it and prices are very resonable. They also carry lubricants, cleaners, etc, electrical connections and lots of other stuff. Today they hooked me up with some free machine screws so i didn't have to buy atleast $5 worth of stuff to run my card. Granted they screws were like 20 cents but it was still generous of them. Will return for future fastener needs!”

He found an associate who was more than happy to help us. I want chicks and a turkey but had to make the home arrangements so had to return Sunday afternoon. He went above and beyond by not only pulling pvc fittings and telling me another way, he explained it all and even showed me how to set it all up properly. Once I got to check out, I was having issues with the self checkout scanners, Angela came over quickly and helped me out, I realized I forgot a few things.
