9/2023 I was traveling from Greenville. I visited the ATM here in PNC Longview. I was upset that the ATM did not have cash to dispense. C'mon, guys. I had to travel to Marshall. Thanks.

Stole the “stimulus” check and refuses to provide a transaction number that they supposedly returned to the IRS. The IRS says they HAVE to have a transaction number if they return it to them. Makes sense to me, thieves! Three years later, a call every week for three years and now they are saying the time to track has passed?!? I started the track 3 years ago with clear communication but nothing from these crooks.

We have used this bank since it was American Federal, Guaranty, BBVA/Compass and now PNC. Through the years we have always enjoyed a great relationship with all these people. The current PNC staff is the friendliest, most professional group. I receive surveys about recent visits and can never express enough gratitude for this group. They don’t just care about your banking needs, they care about you as a person. PNC is my bank.

I have an account with PNC only because they bought BBVA which was wonderful to work with. The BBVA employees who are now PNC are good to work with but PNC Bank must feel they are the best and they are not. Going to debate whether to close my account or not.

Was great when it was BBVA. One girl very rude when I tried to replace my card. She rolled her eyes the whole time and told me I could go to Tyler but their machine wasn’t working but hey, maybe try and drive 40 min. ?Waited a week to get a card. Been horrible ever since it turned to PNC. They think nothing of bouncing your account. (BBVA didn’t do that) I miss BBVA and the service they provided. Pulling our money out of here

Firstly, the employees are super nice here. They greet everyone positively and help out far exceeding expectations.Problem is, PNC itself is horrible. One of the worst banks I've ever had.Their policies are crapola, they hold your deposits so they can make interest on your money (big shocker)But 5stars for the ppl who work here if you're currently having to deal with pnc before switching. Also kinda feel bad for the employees who may not want to wear masks. But I guess its pnc policy ?

Jonathan Webb (VICE PRESIDENT) of BBVA committed fraud while refinancing a vehicle a few years ago . A year after relocating to another state, we found out through our credit report that there was a $15k credit line opened (which we never knew about). After investigating what happened , he sent the credit card to an address that was not ours , and an email that was not ours. We called and complained, & immediately closed down our checking account bc we wanted no business with them. Unfortunately we still had a car loan there. We went through the chain of command because Mr. Webb claimed that the person who opened up the credit card was an employee that “no longer worked there”. That day we strictly worked with Jonathan Webb , all docs were signed in his office . I have a copy of all my paperwork , and there is no signed credit card application. We will go back to Texas at the end of this year to file a lawsuit against Jonathan Webb and BBVA. DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH !
This man saw us very young and thought he could take advantage of us to reach his weekly/monthly sales . Shame on you Jonathan .

Pretty bad experience thus far opened an account last Tuesday. Came in Same week thursday morning to make a check deposit to cover a bill they were closed no warning no sign closed friday as well complete lack of Management or accountability at this branch i guess. Came in following Monday and Lobby is closed all week they have 2 tellers put 1 on drive thru one on counter not real hard.
