Ordered a letterman jacket. The rep changed the order form the day of without my permission (I'm the one paying). When the jacket came in the patches on the sleeves were horrible. Save yourself, go anywhere else.

Before I went to order my son’s class ring I decided to check the reviews for the Balfour store in Longview Tex that is the closest to me and I went down the line of reviews for that store and I must say I was a little worried about it because some reviews were ruff around the edges however I made the trip anyway hoping for the best.turns out don’t always believe what you hear.maybe those people who had given bad reviews really felt the need to complain about there bad experience they might of had however I must say my experience there was great. The staff could not have been better on my visit they took the time to go over everything we us and I must say they were very polite and helpful in making a choice for a nice ring for my son.thanks so much for being great

We ordered a class necklace instead of a class ring. We received it in about 4 weeks. (2 weeks earlier than expected) It turned out beautifully. The staff was friendly. The product was expensive, but then everything about graduating is expensive, so the price was what we expected.

I do not even want to leave 1 star. We ordered my sons class ring October 2021. We waited over 8 weeks for it to come in and it looked horrible and did not fit. We called them and sent it back. After waiting another 8 weeks or so it came in. It looked better but they did not resize it like they were supposed to. Sent it back again! Finally after waiting a few more weeks it comes back and it fits, finally! It has only been about 3 weeks since he has had it and been able to wear it. But.... Today he went to take off his ring and noticed that the entire middle piece with the sapphires and the date is gone! There is a hole in the center now. The piece is lost. After contacting the owner he just tells me to send it back and he will refund my money. That's not what I asked for. He offers no apology nor does he express any effort to make this right like offering to fix it or anything! Do NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Their rings are cheaply made and they do not care!

I called in inquiring on my Daughters letterman jacket. Lady who answered the phone was really nice and tried to get answers for me and the minute she exhausted her search, she got the owner on the phone..Let me tell you that Mr.John Barbe was on point. He assured me of an update on the jacket as he was trying to track it down (late order entry) and called me EVERY step of the way. Mr. Barbe Thank you for taking the time to make sure my order was taken care of and shipped. You guys are Awesome!

I called to ask for help to find out where my cap and gown were since I haven't received it in over 2 months. Who I was on the phone with said she'll give me a representative number to help me with my situation. I called and the number didn't work. It said the number was unavailable. I am very displeased with the help service.

I am on my last child as a senior and the most happiest thing is NEVER DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY again!!!!!! It started with my oldest, his letterman jacket had his wrong graduating year, they wrote the slip, not me. They blamed me! when I called the owner was rude. rude. rude. My last child had the same problem, wrong graduating year, I literally do not want to deal with them, Its still wrong. I hate ever giving a penny to these rude people but its a monopoly and they know it.

Rudest people you can ever deal with. The owner especially she is the worst to deal with. No wonder the all of the staff is rude and inconsiderate they think it’s okay because their boss does it. THE OWNER interrupted me while I was speaking trying to explain the problem and the staff did the same. They told me it was my fault they didn’t write my order down right, but their staff were the ones that were rushing us to finish and the staff were the ones that reviewed my order wrong that’s why it was messed up. Overall rude and inefficient.

I had to come because they made a mistake with my letterman order and I wanted to fix it before it got here. I called and from the start they were rude and telling me that it was my mistake not theirs. When I got to the store they welcomed me by saying “oh no she’s here” and interrupted me while I was explaining the problem. Then they started to raise their voice at me and began to be even more rude. Then the OWNER jumped in and interrupted me while I was speaking and then proceeded to help someone else while I was still speaking. Overall very rude and inefficient. If I could put no stars I would.

Ordered my cousins Senior Ring Online and was very happy with the quality and price of ring. We also got a Kendra Scott Necklace as a gift and for some reason didn’t get delivered with the ring but I called the customer service number and they were very polite and we received the Necklace 3 days later. Definitely recommend!

Website shows they are open today. Made the trip to order a senior ring, but there was a sign on the door saying closed until December 2nd. Would be nice if the website would have been updated to show they were close .
