The post office was friendly and helpful
But we all know the mail service has gone downhill!!! Takes longer for mail to get to it's destination!!! Their 1-3 days is a joke!!! I pay extra I want it delivered when they say!!!

We had a slight hick up with our deliveries and instructions. They called me immediately following a complaint, were kind, friendly, and resolved the issue with ease. Very pleased with the customer service. Hoping that carriers in rural areas can follow the lead.

I never thought I would write a review of a post office, but here we are! I have lived in many places all across the US, but mostly in large cities. Post offices in my past experience, have been a frustrating place. I visited this post office after moving into my new development in town and having an issue receiving the correct mail several months ago. Issue was handled promptly and haven't had any problems since! The people I have encountered who work here are very helpful and kind, as most people in Lockhart are!

Karen who works here has a TERRIBLE attitude. A disgusting human being. Karen is especially rude towards the Hispanics community. She never has a smile on her face and always complains over the slightest inconvenience. She constantly rolls her eyes when you ask her any question and storms off when she is mad, which is always. She’s a pathetic excuse of a post office employee and Lockhart needs lively, kind hearted, friendly people to work here, which she has none of these qualities. An old lady like her needs a reality check. This post office will excel once this old lady is out of there.

I have been waiting for my mailbox key for 2+ weeks already every time I go up there they tell us to wait for a call but never seem to give any actual update very upsetting bc I can’t even use USPS for delivery or else I won’t be receiving my packages and they will simply sit in a mailbox
