A last minute trip to Llano turned out to be amazing thanks to finding this gem. The Mustard Seed is a beautiful place, right by the river and it’s so well done. We stayed in Perry’s Cottage and it was just awesome. Everything from the coffee station to the shower is well thought out and put together. We will be back again.

We loved our stay at the Mustard Seed! The home was beautifully decorated and had all the little touches you would want including pastries, coffee, and breakfast foods. The owner reached out to us before our stay and gave us recommendations for dinner and things to do and they also let us check in early.
They also answered my texts promptly and provided us with firewood for the outside pit which we were able to enjoy with my son and his girlfriend who we were visiting. We own an AirBnb in Florida so my standards were high and they hit the mark on everything!! Would recommend the Mustard Seed and we will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time in the Adelyn Suite. Perfect setting for Llano. Response from hosts was great to work out a very small issue.
The whole house would be great for a couples trip!
Walkability: Very convenient to downtown Llano and to stroll across Llano River.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Mustard Seed Air B&B!! Perry’s Cottage was a PERFECT getaway for my Husbands Birthday! So beautifully decorated and stocked with yummy smelling Hummingbird Farms Lotions and delicious pastries for our breakfast too! The Hot Tub at sunset was the perfect way to end our day after shopping in Fredericksburg and Llano! Ambre was a delightful Host and we felt like we were at home the entire stay!
Thank you for the wonderful memories…. we will be back!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was such an add to the weekend experience! They were so kind and check in was easy and the cabin was very cute. We also asked last minute for a room clean up for our wedding night and they got to it right away. The bed was comfortable and I loved being able to walk down to the river and to the town square. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed in Perry's Cottage, what a stunner. Interior design was spectacular, craftsmanship of the renovation was outstanding. Like a hotel room with bed, side chairs small table for that morning coffee, tiny kitchenette with micro and fridge, bathroom with walk in shower, fluffy towels - so beautiful. Working hot tub just outside with a great view of the bridge! Fridge stocked with milk, juice, water. Breakfast pastries were OK. We had a fabulous, relaxing time there.

We made a last-minute trip to The Texas Hill Country and stumbled across The Mustard Seed B&B and they were kind enough to accommodate us on short notice. What a wonderful experience! If I could give it a 6th star I would. It was clean, well-provisioned, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the grounds were welcoming, complete with a fire pit and outside porch. We rented the entire house for the night so the kids could have their own room and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is literally steps from the Llano River and the views are perfect. The next time we go back, we won't even consider staying in a hotel, we will simply book The Mustard Seed B&B every time. We had a wonderful experience staying at the Mustardseed. Rooms were exceptionally clean and inviting. A beautiful place to stay. Walking distances to downtown. Will definitely go back there. Would recommend it to anyone.

Looked online and it says it's a bed and breakfast which is misleading because when I went to book it out had a 75.00 cleaning fee. I DON'T CLEAN ANYTHING BUT MY HOUSE.Looking closer it is an air bnb.

The cottage is cozy, comfy and charming. The amenities are wonderful (juice, milk, coffee, pastries) and include a small fridge/freezer, microwave, a TV with Roku, toiletries, electric wine opener and an assortment of dishes. It's perfect for a weekend get-out-of-town adventure. Llano is a cute town but unfortunately the Texas weather can be very hot this time of year (it was 108 degrees), and it a holiday weekend so most of the shops were closed. Thankfully, the cottage was cool and inviting so we still had a wonderful time.

Mustard Seed B&B on the Llano is the perfect escape and getaway! The cottage is clean, comfortable, inviting, and charming! Walking distance to downtown Llano with a bunch of cute shops and restaurants. I cannot wait to return to the cottage! Our host was wonderful with communication and responded quickly with any questions I had! I will definitely be returning soon!

This is the most charming place in Llano I love staying here when I come to visit my mother and I will be back the host is absolutely amazing and if you have a question she gets back to you right away it’s very charming safe cozy very clean and you have all the amenities that you need. I highly recommend staying at mustard seed. radcliff is my favorite with outside porch it has adequate space very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants Lllano is truly the most charming town with wonderful people I highly recommend a visit. And The Mustard Seed for your accommodations. thank youRooms: Everything! Clean ! Very comfortable ! big king size bed cozy space kitchen walk in shower you have everything you need microwave mini fridge. It’s perfectSafety: Very safe outside lightsNoteworthy details: The banana bread was a nice treat with a cup of coffee. It was so cozy with a nice comfortable kitchen table and chair.

This place is everything you hope it to be! It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The host has thought of everything. The charm is still present even though it is completely updated. Absolutely recommend!
