The people that run the place are quite nice. The unit was clean and ready to go. The pricing is reasonable - and the free month made it even better.

I just called to ask about unit sizes/prices. When the man answered, I politely introduced myself and asked how he was doing. He asked, "what?" And so I repeated myself, to which he responded, "uh, okay." He has zero customer service skills! Sounded bored and unenthused at the other end of the line. Apparently he was also a manager. When I asked what size units they had available, he handed the phone off to the "other manager", because he couldn't answer my simple question. I gave it two stars because the other manager was pleasant and informative. Customer service is one of the most important parts of any business... if people don't like you, they don't buy from you. They had no units in the size I wanted available anyway, but even if they had, I had already decided not to go with them, solely because of my interaction with that man.
