Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful. They have been through some stuff this year - short staffed, A/C out during a heat wave, but every staff member remained professional and friendly. It is a pleasure doing business at this local post office.

I want to share with and thank the personnel at the Little Elm post office. I frequently have business meetings in the area of the post office. I have been so pleased with their assistance on my overnight mailings and certified/return receipt requested business mailings that I save my mailings until I go in their area. I cannot say enough about their efficient, professional and courteous practices. Thank you.

I had to go to to the Post Office to organise a new post box. Being new to the country, I was a little worried about going to the post office however, SEAN at the post office was amazing and extremely helpful. He explained it all to me and answered my questions without me feeling silly.

Little Elm post office delivery mail carriers do not care about mail courtesy. I received a piece the other day that was marked so not bend or fold as could damage the item inside. It was a large cardboard envelope had a collector piece in it well this idiot bent it and jammed it in my mail box. These mail carriers have no respect for people's mail, no common sense, can't read and incompetant. They were hired to do a job and so disrespectful no wonder USPS gets so many bad reviews and aren't respected.

I had to drop off some mail for my mom. She told me everything was paid for, but I had to go inside the post office. That’s when I was greeted by the amazing Sean. He got me out in a jiffy and was super nice and helpful.

I went here for my son's passport appointment. Christine was so helpful and very fast. We were in and out in 15 mins. Christine is very thorough and I enjoyed talking to her.
