Ruben provided excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my experience a very pleasant one!
Anytime someone has car issues it is typically very stressful, but today was the exception with Ruben. He got me the right part, told me to bring the old one back for a refund, and I forgot to bring my receipt with the part, but he went the extra mile and pulled up a new receipt and refunded me for returning the old broken starter.
I will drive to this particular O'Reilly everytime!!

I really appreciate Anthony’s help and he deserves kudos. He went above and beyond when my Fiat wouldn’t start. He gave me numbers to a local shop and mobile repair services. He also replaced the battery in my key fob. I had a really nice tech come out and replace my battery. My car is back up and running. Thank you!!

Very rude counter clerks - 3 with nobody in the store and a 4th person at the end of the counter. When I told them one of my running lights was out. I was from out of town and had no tools so I asked if someone could switch it out for me and he said nobody was available

Enrique Leonardo was the best help I've ever had at any auto parts store. So knowledgeable and obviously knows what he is talking about. Was such a big help! Won't go to any other auto parts store while Enrique is around!
