***update** thank you for responding. I really appreciate that. I would love to come by and see about getting my car fixed and an estimate for my insurance co. I realize you all stay busy, because you did come highly recommended. Again, thank you for your response.
Daughter and I stopped by for an estimate on my car. Stood inside the office for a while. Nobody ever came out to great me. I went outside to see if someone could do an estimate and one of the guys went back into the office and he opened a door that was next to a two way glass and he told someone back there that there was a customer out in the office. Whomever thst was said they'd be out in a few. I waited fir several more minutes and still, nobody came out. So I went back around to the side and told them. I waited standing outside my car for several minutes more and still, nobody ever came out. So we left. So I can't comment on the quality of their work because I have not had any work done there. I know they came highly recommended so I went there. Maybe just a bad day.

Got into an accident where a lady hit me with her trailer. Love the work they did!! Lexa (receptionist) called me with weekly updates on the progress on the job. Great work it looks great!

I had a large tree branch crush my rear windows and hatchback. I also had the paint come off my hood. They did an amazing job on everything. The paint job was perfect. I was in and out in about a week. The new ownership is great. I highly recommend these guys.

Laserline collision is the place to go to in the east Texas region. I can’t express how grateful I am for their professionalism and expertise when it came to fixing my truck. It was tore up with hail damage and you would never known it had been after they gave it back to me. Nolan the manager stayed in constant communication with me. He was awesome to work with. I can vouch these are honest hard working folks and they earned a lifetime customer from me.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Not a good place. Estimates are very unreasonable. Slow to do anything. Charge you storage at 90 a day to wait on them to do their job. 1500 for a non existent blue print, owner calls estimate a "blue print" for work. I am considering a lawsuit under Texas deceptive practices act.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Laserline! We had some bodywork that needed to be done on our Honda Accord and they were very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Also they completed the work ahead of the scheduled date and kept us updated via text on how the progress was going. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Bumper and headlight crack fixed good as new!They were fast. We were in and out within a week.They were friendly. Beth treats you like family and follows up regularly to make sure you’re updated and in the loop.Definitely recommend for car body repairs!

Just picked up our car from Laserline and so far, it looks 100%. Unfortunately, a deer hit our car a few weeks ago, but Laserline did an awesome job restoring it. Kaylee (in their office) was extremely personable and super nice. We highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance
