What a cool off the beaten path distillery. Owner is super knowledgeable and let my wife and I try all of his spirits and some of his more exclusive stuff as well. The bourbon is great and a steal at the price they’re selling it for

Great place! Rustic and peaceful with an amazing view of the Hill Country. Bourbon was excellent, I was able to purchase one of the few remaining Wheated Private Reserve bottles and also got a 7 yr bottle. Proprietors are very friendly and great people!

Great location!!! Amazing views, nice, large patio. Very rustic and peaceful!!! Proprietor's are super nice. Bourbon was very good. I purchased 2 bottles. Got one of the last wheated Private Reserve bottles. WOW!!! excellent!

We stopped in here for the first time yesterday and were blown away! Not only were the owners incredibly friendly and welcoming but the cocktails and spirits were delicious. We will definitely be back!

Great place and awesome vibes. Small shop making vodka and bourbon. Live music and good eats made it even more entertaining. Went with a group of 10. No problems with service or fun. Will def revisit. Staff was by far the highlight of the afternoon. Worth a visit!!

Decided to stop at Fire Oak distillery in Liberty Hill, Tx. Great decision! They had two bourbons and a wonderful Vodka! Tonya and Guy were great hosts! Will be back and know I will be buying more of their spirits!

Fantastic place! The bourbon, whiskey, and vodka are fantastic alone or in mix drinks. Small place with very relaxed atmosphere with great hospitality. Can't wait to come back for some live music.

My gf and I went here a few weeks ago on a whim after getting something to eat in Georgetown. It’s located out of town, quiet, and secluded. I’m not sure if it’s ran by a family, but the dynamic there seems like it, very welcoming and polite. We would go here again.

Wow! The owners of Fire Oak are so kind and welcoming. They have zedonks, and donkeys. While it isn't a guarantee that you will see them, they are so pretty. The kids like going here and hanging out on the back patio area. They have outdoor games and things for kids to do. They of course have great drinks as well, and they usually have a few things to eat. We love to go out when a band is playing. When we first drove out there it reminded us of Texas when we were kids with oak trees everywhere. You don't want to miss this hidden gem.

We found out about Fire Oak via a tasting at Specs when we were in there randomly. Liz who was representing Fire Oak, let us know all about the distillery, and we decided to come down and check it out. So glad we did! The owners Guy and Tanya were great company and chatted with us while we had some of their delicious cocktails. Their bourbons are amazing and their hospitality is unmatched. We will return, they often have live music in their spacious outdoor area...and I heard there were zebras to be seen (on a sunnier day than today).Take the windy road down to Fire Oak, you won't regret it!
