I always enjoy going to this shop. It is always well stocked, tidy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have rosacea and Merle Norman cosmetics and skin care products are the only ones I can use. If you can't get out, they will send their products to you. They also have a small shoe department for ladies. They carry custom made moccasins in various colors , that feel like you're walking on a cloud. Both my husband and I wear them. I have several colors.

I have been wearing Merle Norman exclusively for 20 + years. I have been shopping @ (Ann's) Merle Norman for over 15 years, 90% of the time they have known my name. Always makes me smile inside!I'm writing this review, my first (I'm not a review writer) because I found their service to be "outstanding" again yesterday/today. I called yesterday to see see if they were offering "free shipping" during this crazy...Covid-19 times...and they were. I placed my order & the young lady graciously told me (they are always so nice) it would probably be today before my order went out because Ann was out of town and there was only 2 of them working & she didn't think they could get to the post office. I was totally fine with that! LOW & BEHOLD it was in my mailbox TODAY!!! Happy, happy, happy customer again :) If you want to start your young daughter off right with her makeup, do as my mom did, take her to a Merle Norman & they will get it just right :) Thank You, Ann & Your Staff!!!Cherie Phillips/Payne

I have been a collector of Brighton for well over a decade probably even 2 decades. I love the quality of all their products and they have quickly replaced anything that has ever broken. I wear them daily so all my pieces get heavy use. This Boutique though is so very special. They are so friendly and personable. They celebrated my pregnancy, right after I gave birth and even now that he is two years old they don't even flinch as I come in looking like a worn down mommy who just wants to gaze at all the beautiful jewelry and to sometimes even spoil myself with a special treat. Last Christmas they even helped my 6 year old daughter pick out a Christmas present for me where the design had inspiration from exquisite buildings in India. Wrapped it beautifully and gave her a small little purse, the kind you get as a free gift with purchase. She had just arrived from India this was her first Christmas and I am the only mommy she has ever known and wanted this to be as special as possible, so imagine her excitement to receive her first purse and Brighton purse at that! Everything about this experience for her and me was just way above and beyond excellent customer service. This store isn't just about beautiful quality products. They are about being your friend and helping you make wonderful memories to go along with your purchases. I am forever a loyal customer. Thank you Brightside Boutique staff!!!
