“This is a long review. We were looking for a new pillow. When we went to the Lewisville Sleep Experts, Bella was so welcoming & friendly. She was extremely patient with my wife as she tried about 10 different pillows. Bella gave great advice & recommendations. Tim was also very nice & helpful as well. We decided to check around but a week later came back to the Lewisville Sleep Experts. Bella & Tim immediately recognized us ( which impressed us) & welcomed us back. Bella remembered the pillows my wife had like. Again, she took the time to patiently help my wife. When my wife decided on a pillow, Bella took the time to find one in stock at the Dallas location. She called that store & had them set it aside for us. Tim was again quite help & informative is suggesting a pillow cover. This is where Bella & Tim went way out of their way to help us & provide some of the best customer service we encountered. You see, when we got home from picking up the pillow at the Dallas location, it was obvious that the pillow was not new but used. It had hair on it & a stain. My wife immediately called Bella & explained everything. Bella & Tim were so upset & apologetic for what happened. Even though a pillow is considered a personal item & there are no returns or exchanges, Bella wanted to make it right. We went to the store the next day & showed Bella & Tim the pillow. They confirmed it was used. Bella then ordered us a new pillow at no cost that was delivered to our home a few days later. My wife loves it! Even though we only bought a small item, Bella & Tim gave us individual attention and went above & beyond to rectify a unfortunate situation. Because of their great customer service, we are now customers for life! When we are in the market for a new mattress, we know where we are going. We are going to see Bella & Tim at the Lewisville Sleep Experts!”

“This place is in Old Town Lewisville and connected to the Perc coffee shop so after I grabbed a coffee, I walked through the connecting hall and checked it out. It's beautifully decorated in a boho chic fashion mixed with a modern farmhouse feel. The lotions, soaps and sprays all smelled fabulous and have samples to try before you buy! They also have a nice honey selection where you can sample too. I love their frosted cinnamon honey and had to buy this big size ($20). It's not local to DFW but it is Texas local from Austin or close to it I believe.”

“Made 2 trips here while in town because we of course forgot stuff, needed to buy winter gear (it was colder than anticipated) and had to get some Shiner! Store was clean, not crowded or busy. It was easy to get in and out quickly. We were able to find all the items we needed. It seemed like they had a lot of items in stock, had Valentine's day merchandise out. Was weird they only sell wine/beer here (where I live they sell alcohol also) but was happy to pick up a few bottles of wine on sale and some speciality Shiner. The hotel water did not taste good so we bought Ozarka water and it did not taste good either but that isn't Target's fault. I could/would have bought more but we had limited space due to traveling.”
