Park was nice, grass was in good shape, and I like how there is a hiking trail for longer walks with the pup.
My only complaint is there was a LOT of unpicked up dog poop.

It is a very large park, but it has almost no shade only 1 or 2 water fountains for the dogs. People often resort to bringing their own water for their dog, and some bring a big cooler for all the dogs. That shouldn't be necessary and the water and shade situation seems very poorly thought out.

Such a wide open space and great separation for little and big dogs. Some owners, though, don't have their dogs trained for commands, so you almost always get dogs jumping all over you while the owners ignore the situation. Easy enough to figure out which hours of day they come though. All in all, great park with plenty of running room for your energy driven puppies.

I pretty much go this park every week weather permitting. Chewy always runs the fence line and barks at the dogs. The people that bring there pets are always very nice. The grass is always cut and clean from dog poop.
Dog-friendliness: This place is very dog friendly with poop bags, watering sinks for dogs. It has minimal shade, but lots of room for big dogs as well as small dogs to run. Always clean and the people are always nice.

There's a ton of mud here anytime rain has been in the forecast. We alternate between here and Hound Mound depending on weather and the days they are closed. I like railroad a little better just because Hound Mound feels a little pretentious. But I still go to both.
