Offered me $25 for two items valued at around $200 if sold used online. They are just looking to exploit desperate people and the employees act like that’s a completely moral thing to do or they just hire the most brain dead people on the planet that struggle to think critically. Crazy that others will exploit people at an hourly rate of $10 an hour y’all being exploited too, learn how to value your labor and leverage with a company that rakes in millions every year off people’s desperation. Y’all should get out of my community indefinitely.

I went 30 mins before they closed. I saw a gaming computer. So i was checking out the specs using the settings. I was using google on my phone to find the internet price and review. To make sure I was getting a good deal. I was going to buy the computer. But a black male who works there started harassing me. I had already told him i didn't need his help. So he stood behind me a couple steps away and watched me like I was trying to do something suspect. But it was a white male worker behind the sales counter already watching the computer screen. I left the computer for a second to look at few others by it. I turned around on my way back to the computer. He proceeded to storm up to the computer like i did something to it. I was going buy the $399 computer. I left the store . I've never been treated like that from any pawn shop in all the states I've been to. Everyone is not a criminal. Just a lady who likes the sims and need a laptop to play on.

Thia is my go-to shop for gaming laptops in Lewisville. I can usually find a pc I'm looking for here for cheap and I'm even allowed to take a photo of the underside for the laptop to research the make and model upon request.They sell a wide variety of laptops, desktops, tools, appliances, firearms, video game consoles, accessories, jewelry, and more.The employees are usually courteous and the can reasonaby haggle a little bit over the price of an item.Their layaway program is very generous with 6 months no monthly interest layaway time limit and a 10% price down payment. Just calculate the item orice after tax and put put it on layaway for 10% pf the sale price. It Is definitely great for buying an item you really want thats difficult to find on a tight budget. The inventory of stuff here changes often so don't miss out on some great deals. If you see something you like you can ask the employees for more info or to take a closer look. I haven't sold anything here but any game consoles you want to pawn or sell here must be in good working condition or it won't be accepted.There is an anti-theft security system in place to monitor customers so please don't do something foolish.I definitely reccomend this store to anyone looking for a good deal on a used laptop ton a budget to check it out.

Walked in today and was refused service with no explanation at all by RALPH . I’ve been coming here for years with same exact piece of jewelry and today all of a sudden was told that I couldn’t be helped!

This location has always been a great go to for used electric tools. They are a little high on prices for Smart Tv's but I would go to an electronics Store for that.
