It's a pretty good Beauty Supply Warehouse that has everything you need, from wigs to clothing, and jewelry, I took my mother and she purchased a nice looking wig, hat and a couple of earrings. Nice check it out..

Very wide selection of items that’s reasonably priced. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere but staff lacks good communication skills. Worth visiting though.

we travel to Dallas once a year to by a large amount of beauty products from this store. well this christmas trip will be the last time we do business in this location. i have never had such rude customer service in all my life. my self and the two others were treated very disrespectfully and so we will be taking our business elsewhere . I will also be letting my friends and business acquaintances know of the poor and disrespectful services we received.

Wow. After spending $1,000’s at this store, purchasing dozens of wigs for myself and my mother, we went again today to refresh our stock. We were treated horribly. Initially a man kept grabbing the wigs we were purchasing and putting them back into stock. He kept telling us we were taking too long. He left us eventually. A lady was helping us, we were narrowing down our choices, we were about to purchase at least 6 wigs, another man approached us, told us we were taking too long and told us to leave! Omg! I’m heartbroken, because I found the perfect crown, but out of principle we left with nothing. I’m amazed that anyone could be treated so poorly, much less paying and loyal customers!! No more! Never again. If you want to be treated like garbage, shop here!

This is my local beauty supply I frequent rather often however after today I won't be returning. Customer service is my priority with any business I patronize. This is the second time the older lady at the front register was short and rude with me. I watched her interaction with the two caucasian women in front of me and it was quite different. (Very friendly with them) I will take my business elsewhere. I will be letting my friends know as well.

Lady in the front was very rude when I asked a simple question about a product. She started speaking a different language in anger to another employee. I only stopped by this place due to the proximity from me. Won't be back!

Extremely overpriced. Bought some “virgin remy” human hair from here that they boasted was top quality and the hair was burning on my curling iron. Please save your money and go get you some quality bundles from a reliable vendor because $300 for synthetic/human blend hair is insane!

Every time I shop at the store the short man who works the register always checks my money every single time. Like buddy relax he is never kind or greets me as a customer I shop here because it’s convenient. I am done with feeling like I am being discriminated against because the color of my skin. He is always rude to black people and I am just tired of it. Your business is ran for my people and I will no longer support this business because of the way your people run it. Very rude and racist to me it’s 2023 I’ll gladly take my money some where else.
