I think the workers are great but the boss who ever he is the way he talks to his employees is unbelievable I could not believe the way he talked to his employees technician call to ask a question he didn’t realize he was on speaker and he told him don’t ask him anymore questions and hung up so disrespectful I was appalled ?

I am trying to be better at posting Google reviews for places I had positive experience at. During my time in Hospital Safety I used Aerowave exclusively for all my two-way radio needs. There was never a time where Aerowave didn't meet our radio needs and they were prompt to fix any mistake on their occasional occurrence. Even though I have since moved into another career path I still recommend Aerowave for all your radio communication needs!!! Large or small they can customize the right system for your specific needs.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a voip phone system installed by them 3 years ago for my business and they were very nice and responsive through the install proces. Unfortunately after installation the phones have never worked well. I have to have my phones working, this is an essential tool for my business. I have had no resolution of the issues after several calls to the business. I left several messages over a few months for the only person that can help me, Tom McDonald, to schedule an appointment to have the phones looked at with no response. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very frustrated and dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism and customer service.

Great staff and professional, We work in the Communication industry and we got Radios from the Lewisville office, We already had radios but needed a couple more and needed to be Link to our current radios, They had no problem on proceeding with linking the old with the new radios!! I Highly recommend this place to everyone that's looking for Communication radios.
