Hey everyone,
So I recently had a great experience with a customer service representative here by the name of Kyle and I wanted to make sure they were recognized. Not only did he exceeded all expectations but he also went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provide me with some much appreciated knowledge. Kyle was indeed very professional and super friendly which made me comfortable knowing I was receiving the best service I could have asked for.

Firstly, Texas pawn and jewelry is a clean, well kept, and honest pawn shop, with fair pricing and a courteous staff. Secondly and more importantly, one of their staff members made a lasting impact on my life. His name is Connor, and although he is from Vermont, we forgive him for that. Connor’s extensive knowledge on everything maple syrup was incredible, he went on to educate me on the fineries of cherry garcia, and the beauty that is these 2 things combined into one meal. I am heading directly to the grocery store after this to follow in my hero Connor’s footsteps. Here’s to Connor, keep doing the Lord’s work, I am humbled to have met you.

Worst place to due business with! Ever since they went under new ownership it has been a terrible experience. It’s worth taking my advice and go to the next pawnshop in Cedar Park. Now I know why the staff that was there left when it was bought out by horrible people. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

I couldn't ask for a better experience at this pawn shop. Angie and Kyle were wonderful! They provided tremendous expertise, professionalism, and assistance. The lady that was ahead of me in line was rude, abusive, and ridiculous, and yet Angie and Kyle remained calm and professional. I highly recommend this shop!

Just a heads up if you pawn something here check your ticket/ Account number to make sure they credit the correct account and items. I had two pawns, I specifically went into pay on the higher amount one and instead they credit to my other account which was a lower amount. I had specifically handed them the pawn ticket for the one I wanted to pay so there was no confusion. Lucky the other one was due a few days later and it was corrected before I lost my items. I was very frustrated with the service and the fact they had mixed it up the payment and offered no solution.
Besides this one issue I have used this shop many times and they have always been accommodating and provided good service. I will be looking more closely next time
and will likely not pawn again because of this.
