I went to the location in Leander. I arrived on time amd even though no one was there, I waited 15 minutes to be called back. When I was called, they did not even come to reception area and just shouted down the hallway. The lab tech was friendly, but was not paying attention during the actual draw as she pulled up on the skin while the needle was in my arm. When I winced, she looked and lowered the needle properly. I work in healthcare and know this is not a proper technique. When I got home I had a nodule and swelling at the site of the draw. After icing it the swelling went down, but 3 days later the area is still bruised. I hope they are able to train her better for future clients. Two stars for ease o getting an appointment only.

Scheduled online and was able to get an appointment within a day. Showed up early and they took me back right away. Parisa was the technician who helped me and she made the visit fast and painless! I hate getting lab work done and this time it was such a breeze.

My pre-employment drug test here last week was sent under someone else's name which was very inconvenient but I was able to retake it today as the new staff were kind and caring and fixed the issue no problem. Thank you!

Appointment time late, staff running apx 25 minutes behind. I was patient number 2 after Leander Center opened. Phlebotomist multi tasking, using computer, touching surfaces NEVER Changed gloves, safe to assume same gloves from prior patient. Husband was patient number 3 and was 30 minutes behind. Apx 55 minutes 3 patients drawn. Now I understand was my cardiologist was apologizing prior to sending me. It's sad to see such a decline in the process at this location..

This review is against the corporation, not the staff.
This location is understaffed. If you have an appointment, expect a delay of about 45 minutes—those without good luck.
The actual diagnostic tech was quick and friendly.

The staff are wonderful, but the facility really needs to be brightened up and remodeled. It is drab and claustrophobic

I was in an out very quickly. I was treated in a friendly & professional manner. And, the stick for my blood was almost unnoticeable.

The wait time made no sense.....I was early and there was one other person waiting. 45 minutes later NO ONE addressed our wait timeof close to 1 hour and there were only 2 of us. The tech came out and started to tell us she was double booked (?) and not able to help us get in sooner. We both had to wait over an hour with NO other people waiting??? The tech said she was in the back producing reports and had no control over the wait. Finally, another tech came in and took us both and we were both out within 30 minutes.very disappointed. The operation is NOT being properly managed. Wait was really ridiculous...especially since it was an hour before a human came out to address the issue!

Quest in Leander, TX 78641, should properly train their employees before they place them in the field to take blood.

The staff is very nice, and the place is clean. They are on top of the game I didn't wait so much in the waiting room/area.

Clean, speedy sign-in, short wait, and the nurse was not only proficient, but so very friendly!

All the Quest locations in Austin area are obviously understaffed and the staff seems overworked too. There is no receptionist and if you do see a worker they intentionally put their heads down to avoid questions. No one greets you at the door and all we are met with is a login kiosk, if someone isn't tech saavy forget about it! I went to 3 different locations to try and get my blood drawn and none of them were accepting walk-ins. The walk-ins that were already there had to wait entirely too long to be seen, and the offices are small and cramped full of people huffing and puffing because they had been waiting for such a long time. The only good thing about the service is that I had an appointment and once my name was called I was done in 5 minutes.
