The bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING. I feel so sorry for anyone who has to use them and am really mad that my athlete has no other choice but to endure them. They need to hire a cleaning company ASAP. I seriously hope this is the last volleyball tournament we EVER have there.

Dirty, dated, run down facility aside from the actual courts. Price of admission laughably high. Meager and unimpressive concession selection. Not nearly enough seating. Bathrooms are an abomination! Poor location. Teens who work here are all pleasant and deserve better.

This is a facility to play basketball ? and how do you not have ice in case a player gets hurt? It’s ridiculous and we have to pay to get in here too ??♀️ Makes no sense not to have ice at least just for the players that get hurt!

I don’t understand how a sports facility does not have ice at the concession stand for potential game injuries

Title: Extremely Dissatisfied with this Basketball LeagueI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with a this youth basketball league that I had high hopes for. Despite a few positive aspects, such as well-kept facility floors, the overall condition of the league and its practices were far from satisfactory. Allow me to elaborate on the various issues I encountered. One of the major problems with the league was the dismal state of its surroundings. While the facility floors were well maintained, the area outside the facility was constantly littered with trash. The perimeter was always cluttered, and the overflowing dumpsters only added to the uncleanliness. Additionally, the asphalt road leading to the facility was riddled with numerous potholes, making it an unpleasant and potentially hazardous journey. The league's organization left much to be desired. Practice days and times were frequently changed, causing immense inconvenience and making it difficult to plan accordingly. Moreover, the tournament schedule was provided just days before the event, leaving little time for families to make arrangements or adjust their schedules accordingly. This lack of timely communication showcased a complete disregard for the participants and their families. One of the most frustrating aspects of the league was the exorbitant fees charged for tournaments. Even young children attending to support their siblings were expected to pay a fee of over $10, which seemed unjustifiable. Additionally, the entry fee for each tournament day ranged from $15 to $20 per person, despite the fact that attendees were often requested to volunteer as clock operators or scorekeepers. This practice not only felt exploitative but also added to the financial burden on families. The league's approach to tournaments was deeply flawed. Participants were often placed in games against players from nearby towns who were significantly more advanced in their basketball skills. This unfair pairing consistently resulted in demoralizing defeats for the participants, shattering their confidence and undermining the purpose of the league. Furthermore, the lack of commitment from the coach, who divided their attention among multiple teams, left the players with inexperienced substitute coaches who were unfamiliar with the players' abilities and needs. As a parent, my primary goal in enrolling my child in this league was to help them develop basketball skills and gain confidence for future endeavors. Unfortunately, this league failed to deliver on both fronts. My child showed no improvement in basketball skills and, worse yet, had their confidence shattered. The league's practices and approach did more harm than good, leaving us deeply dissatisfied and regretful of our decision to participate. In conclusion, I strongly discourage parents from considering this particular youth basketball league. The unsatisfactory organization, excessive fees, unfair tournament pairings, and lack of commitment from the coaching staff were detrimental to the participants' growth and enjoyment of the sport. Seek alternative leagues that prioritize skill development, fair competition, and the overall well-being of young athletes.

Always dirty and ran by what appears to be teenagers that spend all their time on their phones. Had a membership there once, but they never had open courts due to all the clubs using up the space.

Do NOT send you girl to a summer volleyball camp here! the price might be a little more reasonable than other professional club clinics but you get what you pay for! We signed up for a week just to break up where she was going for summer clinics and to check it out since it was close to home - big mistake. Sarah has been running the camp for 3 years so you will notice the good reviews for summer camps precede her.Sarah lacks the experience and professionalism to run a decent camp, and is not mature enough to handle any small issues that might arise - her answer is to send a girl home for not asking to go to the restroom. She even went so far as to lie about my daughter and say things I absolutely know she would not say and do! we been down that road before and it did not end well for that coach. I am not wasting my time with Sarah - I am just getting a refund. As far as the camp itself - my daughter came home the first day and told me what a bad experience it was and that many of the girls did not have fun and there were no games to make it fun. My daughter has played club, school and attended various summer camps over the past 6 years and has never come home with stories of being screamed at, asked to dangerous drills and being chastised for going to the restroom without telling the coach at 13 YO. The coaches seem more interested in talking to each other much of the time as well. The coaches are kids and I do not feel like they have enough experience to deal with multiple age groups to ensure their safety with the different skill levels that inherently come with allowing 6 years of difference on the same court/clinic.When speaking to the manager of the facility (kid), he told me this was the first issue THIS year...Wow, how reassuring!Several parents were watching the second day because other girls went home with the same stories but the coaches saw, of course, and acted nicer. The attitude was appalling to hear from the coaches. I used to coach when my daughter was younger - I would never talk to young kids the way these coaches do. I seriously doubt Sarah has had much volleyball training - she is not associated with any club at all - just PAC.The kicker is that the place is also managed by very young individuals, which might explain why it is not being maintained very well inside. After I requested to speak with the coach, with the manager, and called her out on safety issues and professionalism, he told me that he would send the email to get a refund. He was able to fast-track the refund for the same day - this was the only good part of this experience.

We registered for a Basketball League for my 14 yr old daughter paying $1,200! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We routinely had to travel around an hour away for tournaments, pay an additional $15-$20 per person per day of the tournaments. One of our parents was asked to help keep score every game and still had to pay to get in. Our coach was not able to coach at all of our tournaments because he was coaching other teams which means we had substitute coaches who never worked with our team before. Centex is unorganized, overpriced, the facility is run down and sadly we saw no real improvement in game play or skill.

Needed in this location, but besides floors, the place is not well-maintained, and parking and road are in poor condition. Hope to see some improvements.
