“My go to for shipping from the hours of 8amTo Noon. Understand that after 12pm they are closed daily. Never a line and great customer service from the nice lady who works there. They are fully stocked up on all the shipping materials that you need. I’ve never encountered a line when having to ship.”

“As someone who has been using the Liberty Hill post office in current and previous locations for more than 40 years, I can understand some of the older reviews and the negative comments. HOWEVER, times have changed dramatically recently. I now rate this post office as the best I have ever dealt with. I challenge anyone to complain about customer service today. Bob has an amazing, responsive, always pleasant attitude, and gives an extraordinary level of service. Lenni is a very sweet woman who always has the customer's needs front and center. Krista is simply one of the genuinely nicest people I have ever dealt with and for a 20+ year veteran of the postal service, her dedication, competence, and personalized attention to the needs of each person who visits is beyond any expectation. Currently the level of incompetence that these people deal with has to be a constant source of frustration, but you would never know it from their smiling faces and calm demeanor. I am not a reviewer normally, but when I saw the low rating I had to speak up. This place is a 5/5 all the way now. I hope others will agree and post their own good reviews and get the score up where it belongs today.”

“I have hada box at this post office for about seven years . I have had nothing but good and patient service and long term employees which I know. I have witnessed some of the frustrated complaints which often are based on a misunderstanding of the client not the postal worker and I felt they were handled in a professional manner. The poor rating in Google is not merited.”

“For a post office,this one isnt bad.It depends on what time you go.If you get there about 11 am there is no line.get there after 2,you will be waiting.There is one guy there who works the counter.Hes aces.Help you out with whatever you need.real nice guy.Not your usual post office employee.The rest of the employees are excellent at their job. If they don’t know the answer to your question they will find out for you. Love my local post office”
