The owner is now RecNation. We don't recommend RecNation and we would tell as many people to avoid them. They took over a family owned facility that we have been renting many years. They increased the rent, charged the additional fee if pay by credit, charged you the standard protection fee if insurance is not provided (We have been trying to working with them if they did send the notice or it was lost in the email??). The facilities provided only getting worst.If you need storage, look elsewhere! And we are also trying to find another facility

This is RecNation now.Beware they prorate move in but will not prorate move out. You have to provide 10 day move out notice but you still have to pay the whole months rent. BS policy if you ask me and they will do absolutely nothing to help.

Presidential RV is sadly no longer in business. When the facility was Presidential RV, Chuck owned and managed the place. Man, we miss him! It's now owned by RecNation RV. After storing with Presidential for almost 7 years without incident, our 2021 Keystone Bullet-a 38' bumper pull- was stolen off the lot in March/April 2023. There was a security camera directly above our hitch, and we had two hitch locks installed. RecNation is apathetic at best, and complicit at worst. Three weeks out we still have ZERO evidence the camera was even working. It's not hard to find a 38' travel trailer in a parking spot. It's either there or it's not. If you store anything at RecNation, make sure it's insured.

Called about renting a car hauler and was told that my truck would work for the weight but when I arrived they gave me a different story. A big waste of my time. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely fantastic service! Brandon and the front office staff hit it out of the park for me this morning! I needed a new wire harness for my boat trailer and a hitch for my truck. They were fast, considerate and professional! I've been doing business with Fabcon for years, and while they're working hard to keep up with the sheer volume of work they currently have, it's nice to know that their customer service has continued to improve over the course time. Great job!

This place was great. I had a situation where I ended up with 2 RV's for a window of time while I sold my old RV and they set up up in no time at all. Within 15 minutes I had a spot, an access/gate code, and was driving my spare trailer over.I then was able to show potential buyers my RV over the next month (never handing out my gate code), and just sold it a few days ago!When I called to cancel my spot they did it quickly and cheerfully.If anyone I know needs an RV storage spot, or if I need another in the future, this is 100% the place I would recommend.

Genuinely the most amazing staff in the business. I honestly didn't want to leave because the crew was so much fun. I came in for one project that I was very stressed about. Left with a smile on my face that I don't think will be leaving any time soon. Thanks you sooo much "K". You have no idea how much pressure was lifted off my shoulders. I very highly recommend Fabcon for all your truck and trailer needs. WOW! They get all my business from now on. 10 stars

I have had two rental spaces for the past four years. The facility is a good one and well maintained but after moving my residence and moving my motorhome so it is closer to my new home, I have been having a heck of a time getting my lease terminated. I mailed a termination letter and asked for confirmation from them that they received the termination but did not get any response either from the letter, text or voicemail. I also cancelled my autopay for the space but Presidential continues to process the draft for the space I terminated. I have called several times with no response.
