Since I moved here a year ago I have been to a few places to get my haircut but never really found anywhere until one day by mistake, I came across hairnovation.
I made an appointment online but the stylist I made the appointment with and the actual shop had moved. No one from that shop called or noticed me about it either. So I walked in and one of the ladies asked if I had an appointment and if so who is it with and that’s when I found out the shop and stylist I scheduled with had moved. I was going to leave but then one of the other girls {Diana} said she would do it. I’m very detailed on the way I want my hair cut so I was skeptical at first, but when she was done I was very impressed. This girl was GREAT. I’ve been coming back to get my haircut by Diana now every 3 weeks for the past 6 months. I finally found my spot,

I called to ask about- extensions and whether they color hair toppers and style to match existing hair- after the person answering seemed confused- she asked someone and responded with “no.” When asked, do you know anyone in the area that does- immediately she said, “no, no one around here does that.” How can that be? The person answering didn’t know what a “topper” or “extension” was but she is certain no one around here colors them! Glad I found a place that is knowledgeable- and of course there are a lot of stylist that do this! First impression and lack of knowledge was awful here!!

I would like to definitely recommend hair innovations for your hair needs. I appreciate that I was able to walk in and get a cut without an appointment. My stylist was Evelyn, she was amazing really took the time to help me decide on a style...let's just say hubby was pleased ?. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I have been going to hairnovation since they opened! My daughter, husband, and myself are customers here! I never leave unhappy! I love the manager she’s such a people person! I feel like I’m sitting in the chair chatting with my sister. The environment is always comfortable. When I have to bring my toddler it is never a problem. The prices are understandable and not any higher than other places for what you want and the quality of it. I hired Abigail to do hairstyling for my wedding. She was supposed to do it for the bridal pay only four people in total. Not only was she rude and left without saying anything. She didnt do a single hairstyle the way we asked and charged extremely high. Hairnovation is the one who recommended her and she charged crazy and asked if we would curl our own hair because she was on a tight schedule but said she wouldnt reduce the price of us having to do part of the work ourselves. Overall i do not recommend Abigail ot this salon.Services: Makeup services
