“I have been shopping here for years and I want to say that Johnny is one of the hardest workers at this location. He's very respectful and knows his job. I know when he's working, everything will be stocked . He takes pride in his job and that's rare these days. Walmart should have more employees like Johnny .”

“My first visit to this location. It was a very busy store but fully stocked. The Jewelry department had beautiful pieces and Analisa was a great help! She was kind and professional . I then started looking through the clothes and while shopping I was approached by Carolina she saw my hands were full and offered to go get me a cart. She brought it to me with a smile.Every employee I came across was smiling and polite. Customer Service is important and this location receives an A++ !!Keep up the Good Work League City⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you -”

“Daniella from the beauty department was what true customer service is all about. She was patient, kind and very informative! Then to add to my experience she helped me find my keys. I would give her 10 stars if possible :)”

“The sales representative Juan was very helpful and friendly. He graciously helped us open a Kohl’s account. Amber assisted me patiently in returning an Amazon package.”

“This is a great Kroger Marketplace. Store is very well arranged.Love the deli and the great variety of cheeses. Also have a great bakery, and ready to serve dinner Meal selections. Not to mention a Starbucks. I hope they never go total self-check. I liked it better when the checker unloaded your cart as they were checking you out. Takes a little bit longer now.But the checkers are generally knowledgeable and friendly. And I have purchased a live Christmas tree from there last 4 years-- for my office. Good christmas trees-- it has been very Christmassy at our office. Great Kroger Mktplace.”

“There's a young man that works here that is just so helpful! Didn't get his name but he had dark hair and was young probably about 18 or 19 I think? Just very helpful and kind. Not the usual customer service you get at a dollar store.”

“Honestly the best kroger I've been to. The organization was astounding and I loved that it had clothing. I love that the atmosphere is cute and not warehouse like. Overall it's definitely a 5/5.”

“As I prepare to leave Galveston, for Htown (Baby Apple; please people) I 've become reacquainted with the commercial entities on the mainland. might I say that this Walmart has more of a selection of Wrangler, and Lee Jeans than the Galveston Walmart (bought five pair). The store is cleaner, less chaotic, and generally friendlier. Now, I understand that Galveston has to deal with the beach tourists that treat Galveston in general like a convenience store bathroom, so I'll give it a mulligan. But, I was impressed by the assortment of products and available number as opposed to Galveston's. Galveston could use one of those exclusively grocery Walmarts, but it isn't going to happen. Get another catastrophic hurricane (and its getting near time) and you'd be hard pressed for any corporations to come there, let alone a secondary store.”

“As a birthday surprise for an old buddy, I ordered pineapple upside-down cupcakes/muffins. Employees were really friendly, and the internet ordering process was straightforward. The delivery went off without a hitch, and our acquaintance raved over the delectable baked delicacies. He claimed they tasted exactly like what his mother used to prepare when he was a kid. This bakery comes highly recommended.”

“Experience spot here seems to always improve. Quite literally the most fantastic of all the Walmarts in the area for a multitude of reasons. Always while stocked and clean as can be. There's never a rowdy crowd either. The McDonald's is nice and open. Very little complaint about. As close to a target experience as I've come to in a Walmart.”
