Randy salinas manager has the worst attitude and customer service , he said he’s been the branch manager for 3 years and doesn’t know how to treat customer and even the title goes over his head, had an issue to deposit a check and they didn’t accept due a technicality and at the end it was his decision and just didn’t want to help, I showed him previous deposits of identical checks and just didn’t take any acknowledgment or responsibility, he just waisted 1.5 hours of time and , had to go the other branch

The branch had 1 individual working window with all 3 lanes open and 2 cars per lane 1 individual working counter with 2 in front of me and 5 behind me and 1 opening new accounts and 2 individuals walking around. Branch needs to do better for their customers.

Rude drive thru teller. Takes 30 mins just to do a deposit. Unfortunately they don’t take their customers in order. So you can see all cars pass next to you, and you’ll still be waiting for the teller to at least acknowledge you. Taking business elsewhere.

I have been trying to reach a branch over the phone and nobody seems to answers, that’s very unprofessional, sometimes we need assistance ASP I called different branches here in my area in Laredo Tx and no answer at all

Rude tellers, they seem bothered that you are there to do business with them. Barely give you a second to say what you need on the drive thru before they shut off their screen. I end up having to call them back and sometimes even then they don’t get it and have to ask them again. They’ve once asked me to drive around and let the person behind me get attended first because my coin deposit was going to take too long.
