I love this gym! I live out of town and I come work out here everytime I come visit my sister. The equipment here is the best I’ve ever seen! I love the music they play & the women’s only room is sooo spacious and has almost all the equipment that’s downstairs. The hip thrust machine they have in there is amazing. The set up is according to your height so it targets your glutes perfectly. I wish they had a gym like this in San Antonio, I would sign up immediately.

Been going to this gym since it Opened and Honestly never had any issues. The service is good they are always updating and making the gym better. I've been to rock, golds and trufit and they really dont compare to Legacy. Best gym in town.

I like this gym. They have enough equipment to use. Although the only complaint I have is it is very messy especially the women’s area. There is always trash on the floor and empty cans. The women there do not know how to re-rack there equipment that it’s scattered all over the floor. This is every day too. The restrooms are also disgusting. Sometimes no toilet paper or paper towels. Again trash and stains on the floor. They just need to get there messiness under control.

Used to be great about a year ago, now its garbage. Paper towel holders are always empty, spray bottles are always empty, blood in the trash cans, floor coming apart. When I tried to cancel my membership it took me going there 3 times and hearing from the manager myself every time "Yes we will cancel your membership"; AND THEY STILL DIDN"T CANCEL IT AND I GOT CHARGED!! I went back again and they finally cancelled it and said I should expect a refund in the next 3-5 days. No refund, even after calling multiple times about it the refund never came, $70 robbed from me. DO NOT GO HERE if you are looking for a permanent gym, I recommend just coming here for a day at the most if your other gym is closed.

The manager Carlos yells at women and i believe he is dangerous bc of my experience in this gym. He will talk bad about members to the other employees face to face and he sets up group chats to talk bad about members as well to the employees. An employee has admitted he has bipolar issues that he takes out on the employees as well. Unfortunately this ruins Gym Legacy’s image. I will never return because I don’t feel safe there anymore. I’ll make sure to let people I know that there are better gyms with professional people working to help their members instead of scaring them away.

GREAT PLACE TO WORKOUT BUT THEY WILL MAKE IT VERY HARD TO CANCEL SERVICE. They use a automated system that will not understand the numbers you are giving. The manager does not return your call. They have very poor service. You will get charged an extra month and be told to pay it before they can try and help you.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, but not to the gym literally to the manager. The recent new (2022) manager is rude, and cocky just ask the gym rats, if he doesn’t like people he shouldn’t work there. I called to make an anonymous complaint only to get a phone call later of him confronting me? where’s the boss at?

They say it's month to month and they end up charging your card, believe they don't tell you all the facts when registering and tells you sign. They end up charging service fees and the month even though you cancel they say you need pay for whole month. They say need cancel 30 days before but how are you gonna cancel at the same time you are paying the month charge ?.

That is true month bye month they say no contract but they still charge if you don't go, how are we suppose cancel at the time of paying very tricky way of making customers pay for a service. That's why I left them.

I got the membership from this club because they told me that I had no commitment and I could cancel anytime with no fee. I think the gym is overprice, the equipment is not as good as the comments say and they are giving me a hard time to cancel just because I don’t like the place, and I don’t want to pay for a service that I don’t want any more. Careful getting a membership because they make it hard for you just to cancel.

Love the equipment but there’s a huge unsanitary issue that needs to be resolved asap!! This gym smells like literal dog s**** it’s not even a restroom problem at this point! neither is it the first or second time I experience this odor, unfortunately. please mop the floors regularly because it’s really disgustingly disturbing. I’ve never experienced this at any other gym before and I hope no one else does ever or yet worse again again!!

First of all, the woman who was working front desk was extremely helpful & sweet! I highly recommend trying a shake if you haven’t. Not only that, the gym is perfect!! Lots of new equipment and the pool was the highlight! I highly recommend to check it out!

Friendly staff and very supportive. Clean and organized. Huge variety of equipment and very well maintained. Love that it’s open 24 hours a day. ❤️
