My bank experience was unusual. The people there couldn’t answer any of my questions about fees and savings accounts, instead they made me watch a video. Then I didn’t even have my own choice in my own username for my cell app. They chose it for me, now it’s difficult to remember. People there need more education and training about their work duties..I prefer IBC or PNC

I used to like going to the bank at Walmart on the loop northside short lines and great people except for my last two visits the teller didn't greet or say anything she just had a mad face like she didn't want to be there so I gave her the same treatment and then today I went and was totally ignored no one to greet me they were too busy talking in the office so I just left I didn't have time to wait for them to stop chatting.
