The service is still terrible, I was standing in line for more than 40 minutes and the ladies only spent the time talking to each other, when it was finally my turn to go in, they didn't want to cash me a check for 800 dls, why not? They had money, they only deposited it into the account, terrible service especially with the lady named Jennifer (the one with braces) it seems that she is in a bad mood all the time, she always brings a big joke that it seems that her man does not satisfy her.

horrible horrible horrible horrible service!! staff are only thinking on their looks not thinking of their customers! they look at customers if they are better than the customers. very very slow service. rude. unprofessional. i read some of their reviews but never thought it was that bad. i have 2 accounts and when debit cards expires i have the same issues not getting cards on time. train your staff!!! or fired those fake unprofessional chicks! horrible service! great bank but unprofessional staff!!!!!!

Excellent bank, the treatment of the employees is excellent and personalized, when they cloned my card they solved it super quickly and returned the money in 3 days, I highly recommend it.

The service was great when I went. It is usually packed, but that's because it's inside of HEB. Lots of people either have accounts there or just go to cash their checks. The lady who helped set up my account there, her name was Gaby by the way, was very patient & thorough in explaining everything. Some questions I asked three times.

well, so far I've been on hold for 15+ min. and I've got approximately 10 more minutes to go. I was told that twice. Seriously. WTH could be taking so long? I've already drafted two work emails on my phone.
