I went to vacuum my car before work this evening and my alternator died.. i called the owner to let him know i need to leave it and could he please not have it towed..he was so nice and understanding.. great owner

Terrible went to use the vacuums and they don't work at all. Put my money in and it turns on but no suction what so ever. No contact info anywhere on property. Been using this place for around 18 yrs now but I will not be going back.

Vacuums have hardly any power to remove debris from auto carpet, most of the time no soap in the bays and water leaks badly from a couple pressure sprayers

Tried to use the vacuum and it didn't work also tried to wash my car and the brush wasn't dispensing soap (yes it was on the right setting). Wasted my $3.25 on nothing. Not a very well maintained carwash.

The selector didn't work right had to put it on the selection just past the soap one to get soap, and the nozzle was so strong on pressure it took paint off the hood of my 2017 hyundai car.

I used my card and when I was done I tried to stop the timer...it wouldn't let me stop it and ran my card way up...so a 4 and a half minute car wash turned into a 20 dollar car wash!! I literally had to cancel my card to get it to stop...place is trash

This car wash like so many self service car washes is not well maintained at allThe owner should be ashamed to call this a car wash. The controls to operate each bay is terrible. I have lost time and money many times at this car wash. I could never give this car wash a 5 ⭐ rating. It needs so much of a upgrade to do that. But it's better than nothing.
