Love the yoga class I take here with Cheryl, my flexibility and strength have improved SO MUCH! I look forward to it all week!
The staff are helpful and welcoming, and the facilities are nice with clean equipment. Really an awesome gym!

This gym is highly recommended!! No matter what your workout is, this is the place!! George and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly.
There's a juice bar, classes, separate room for classes.
I look forward daily for my workout. Lampasas is very fortunate to have a awesome family friendly gym!!!

Day One is a small but great gym. It may not have all the amenities of your larger chains like a sauna, pool, etc, but it has everything that you truly need to get a good and productive workout. It's kept clean and both the staff and the other patrons are polite and supportive. I'm happy to call this my "home" gym.

This is one of the nicer facilities I have visited in Central Texas. George (the owner) is a great guy. A day pass is only $5 dollars (as opposed to $15-30 at other commercial gyms). If you're in lampasas, Kempner or the surrounding are, I recommend giving Day 1 fitness a try. I've attached an image of their show of strength board, where local folks can post their feats of strength

I love the daily fee. 5 bucks and you can stay the whole day. it's my kind of gym, smaller, not a lot of people, and a variety of weights and exercises refer to get them gains. 5 stars for me

I got a year membership for a good price for two people! So far I have truly enjoyed it! I normally go in the morning and not to many people are in there. I really like the outside part of the gym! If you want to pay daily you can. I believe the owner really wants people to not worry about the hassle of a membership and welcomes all. Overall great gym!
