I was just driving through and thought I would see what they had available. The selection of whiskey was good but nothing had prices. There was nothing extra special, so I decided to just pick up some Old Forester 1910 (normally $56). When I went to pay I thought I heard $64 which isn't bad but my credit card was charged $94. So either my card was over charged or they are way overcharging for there products. Since nothing on the shelf was marked I'm not sure if I misheard or was just overcharged. Either way next time I'll won't be stopping.

I needed a delivery for a bottle as I am not able to drive currently. The owner was nice enough to deliver the alcohol to me, recommend 100% if you need speedy, service and good customer support. Yes, you will pay a delivery fee, but they are patient and will work with what options you are looking for within your budget!. Thank you once again.

I'm not really sure what this business is a cover for but they don't seem to want to sell liquor. I went in to pick up a few bottles and there are not price tags AT ALL. So I asked about it and the lady said "you'll just have to ask me". ??? For every product? Like I didn't go in looking to haggle or be ripped off and that's what I feel like was happening without set prices. It was very odd to say the least. I do not recommend this business and I would be very hard pressed to return.

The guy who works here is a con artist. He might be the owner. He doesn't put prices on his wines so that he can create an interaction with you and create trust. Then he rings you up expecting for you not to ask for a receipt. Two bottles of wine that should have cost 35.00 at the most, cost us 65.99! It wasn't a mistake. This guy knows what he is doing. If he knows you're not local, he'll rob you blind where you don't know what hit you. He should be in jail. Im reporting him to the BBB.

The man said, at the most, the wines are $24.00. He says he's too lazy to put the prices on the bottles but he recommended 2 wines that he implied were mid-priced. For two bottles of wine, he charged 65.99! We had asked for a mid-priced wine, expecting about 16.00 each. He distracts you by saying he will give you a discount and doesn't expect you to ask for a receipt. When you do, the receipt is not itemized. He just punches in how much he feels like it. I'm guessing if you're from out of town, he's more likely to bamboozle you. He is a lowlife thief. He can say what he wants about being more pricey because he's a small business but the truth is he's a con artist because 65.99 for two cheap screw on bottles is ridiculous price gouging. The red flags are there. Don't shop here. Any good reviews he has is because they probably didn't ask for a receipt to see how he doubled the price. His business dishonors Lampasas.

Stay away from this place! I went in with my husband to buy two bottles of wine. There is no prices on the wine and so I said I wanted a bottle of wine mid-priced, not too expensive. He said his wines weren't more than 24.00 and recommended a wine. So, I should have said, "how much is this one you are recommending?" but the man in a con artist and rambles on about something so my husband buys two bottles. I'm thinking mid-priced is about 16.00. This is how he gets you...he tells you he is going to give you a discount and then says the total cost. Your brain is registering that you are getting a discount but he's price gouging you with an exorbitant price. ""I'll give you a discount. 65." My brain was reeling...huh? 65 discount? So...for two bottles of wine which would have cost $35.00 at the most, he charges $65.00". He just types in a number and prints a receipt but expects you not to ask for the receipt but I did. And it took me time to realize what just happened as we were driving out of town. Scumbag. Don't go to this place. Sweet talking lowlife thief. I hope his company goes bankrupt. He deserves zero stars and some time in jail. If you go in there, tell him he owes me two bottles of wine and he needs to give it to you and you can drink it.

EH Taylor for $239 ($45 MSRP)Blantons for $330 ( $59 MSRP)For this kind this kind of price gouging, I’m not supporting a local business. I’ll stick to twin liquors and specs who sell it at MSRP

This store is a total ripoff. They do not give itemized receipts. I only got a total bill receipt after asking for it. I now know why. A 750 bottle of Aperol, a 750 ml of Deep Eddy Vodka and a mionetto prosecco which altogeether cost $43.00 at Total wine cost $101 at the Bottle Shop. These are $12.99, $19.99 and $9.99 respectively at Total Wine. I think he just made up prices, but he is over 2X higher than other stores. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to get ripped off. The owner will respond that they don't get "big box" pricing but he certainly buys it for less than you would pay at Total Wine.
