We recently got our Audi repaired by Whitakers. Hands down the best experience from beginning to end.
If you need to get your vehicle repaired, I highly recommend them.
The staff is super friendly, Carlos took extremely good care of us. He was communicating with us every step of the way and got the repairs done on time.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Whitakers Auto Body & Paint. They would send me updates about the status/process of the repairs on my jeep, so excellent communication. The repairs were done pretty quickly and they also look amazing, the paint matches perfectly (I was very nervous about this) but my jeep looks brand new! Great customer service, very friendly and professional staff. I am a very happy client! Thanks so much!

Picked up my car today from Whittakers in Lakeway and I have NEVER been so Amazed by any company in my life! Every single person I worked with at Whittakers was extremely professional, knowledgeable and had some of the best customer service I have ever encountered (and I've been to Chick-fil-A!) but all jokes aside. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off to the moment I picked it up my experience was Fantastic! My car was at the shop for 11 days, most of that time due to waiting on insurance approval, and every single time I called for an update both Sam & Carlos were happy to speak with me and always had an update ready for my peace of mind. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Carlos took the time to come out, show me the work that was done and ensure I was fully satisfied with the work before even asking me to pay my bill! Honestly, I didn't even recognize my own car while approaching it, the work Whittakers performed put it in better shape than before the accident, I could have sworn they traded my car in for a new one! Not only was the work top notch but the paint matched perfectly, you can't even tell there have been any repairs as it is in pristine condition. Unfortunately now days a lot of shops are not matching paint colors perfectly, they will get it to within a few shades but you can always see the difference. The thought that everyone at Whittakers put into everything was spectacular, While I was inside paying Carlos started my vehicle and blasted the A/C to ensure it was cooled off for my drive home and when I got into my car I noticed they had basically done a full detail on the interior. My car was not only fixed but completely clean, I felt like I was driving if off of the car lot for the first time again.
Needless to say Whittakers is my new forever body & paint shop! They were a recommendation to me from a friend and now I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Very friendly. comforting to know they really do take care of you. Did everything said would do and did so in timely way. They went over and above to help me by driving me to rental car place and back - rental car place had only one person handling several, and unable to help me.
My car looks great, did a very nice job, follow up phone call to make sure I was please.

I have lived in the Lakeway area for over 17 years and have had Whitakers Auto Body complete auto body repair work, replace both interior and exterior parts, as well as repaint areas of several of my vehicles that were showing wear. Carlos Davila and Jose Martinez have consistently been professional, direct, friendly and cost aware on all the work completed. I could not recommend a auto body group more highly. Exceptional group!

Edit: Just wanted to refresh my original review (above) from many years ago. I should have expanded on it back then, so I will add that my repair back then ('08 or thereabouts) was 100% perfect. Fast forward to 2024 another repair that required perfect paint blending for a metallic gray vehicle. Again, they 100% nailed it; owner even called to follow-up to make sure I was happy with the repair. I would absolutely drive across town to use them if I lived elsewhere. Someone recently posted on the neighborhood app seeking recommendations for a local bodyshop. The resounding answer was indeed Whitaker's. A beloved local business.

Provided service beyond what I asked for, Repaired my vehicle and cleaned out my interior for me. Whitakers is 2 for 2 in providing that exceptional service. Even gave me a personal phone call to make sure that everything was completed up to my standard.
